I saw a few of them at my local Walmart yesterday, and we NEVER get stuff first, so a local store in your area may have some by now. These have been sighted for a few weeks.

My three year old daughter always wants to play with my classics, binaltechs, g1, masterpiece, or whatever else I have out that I'm currently playing with. She especially loves Bumblebee, Optimus, and Jazz. These are pretty cool and just what she needs to really start her obsession off! Still, I wish they were a slight more articulated, but what are you going to do? I purchased 2 Primes and 2 Bees so we both could have one. I just wished they would make a Jazz and some 'cons for this line...

Of course it's bad! Which is why I'm only buying these TFs for my kids!

    (I have no kids)

Check out the Early Learning Centre - they already have the smallest and the biggest ones.

They have them on ToysRUs website and hasbrotoyshop

I've got the BB, OP, and Heatwave plus 4 of the 6 humans and plan on getting the rest and the OP firestation for my son for Christmas. He can transform them very easily and i'm hoping by x-mas the other 3 bots come out so I can get those for him too. I recommend these for anyone that has younger kids that want their own transformers.

Further information: I got that Jetfire when I was 3, and had a buttload of micromasters and pretenders by the time I was 4. And while I will concede that I had NO idea what to do with the armor attachments for my Jetfire, I was able to transform the bare-bones toy perfectly, and it has survived (for the most part) to this day.

I remember seeing those playskool transformers as a child and thinking they were terrible, but even those had more than one or two steps to transform them.

My point is this: present a young child with a puzzle (read: transformer) that requires fine motor skills and dexterity to solve (read: transform), and they will develop those skills faster. The potential is there, but if you don't foster its use, you end up with a kid who's behind the curve.

well I was about to start a new thread about this but found this in the search function (imagine that someone here uses the search function)
anyways finally saw the commercial on the Hub while reliving my childhood and watching Jem. (don't comment on that)
I noticed in the commercial (or at least the one I saw not the extended one on here)they never used the word Transformers until the very end to say "Transformers Rescue bots get yours now" and end commercial.
speaking of getting yours now I don't see where and when these are available as I haven't seen any in Walmart, Target, or Toys R Us the three major places I go to for Transformers stuff for my 6 year old (ok and a little for me too). They may seem babyish for a 6 year old but first my son is autistic and second these look like the easiest ones to transform so no more "Mommy I can't get Opmimoos Prime into a truck" (and I can't get him into a truck either)
so where and when ca I get these toys??
    please and thank you
