Optimus and Megatron Cyberverse playsets look great. I'll be sure to get them. all of the commander class figs look great. Isn't there supposed to be a Shockwave playset?

 

This has probably been asked a lot already, but I would like to know as well.

 

Nothing of them was shown, neither in the cases or on the panel.

More figures are going to be revealed after the 29th when the movie comes out, so hopefully we'll see them (and Soundwave) then.

Actually, I may just go for the voyager Optimus Prime and Shockwave. And perhaps one of the 2 deluxe Bumblebees. And Crankcase. Perhaps. Hmmm.

 

Holy CRAP. Cyberverse Guzzle will be MINE. I also hope that this may be the start of Hasbro making all the more obscure Wreckers from LSoTW soon as well. A Classics Fisitron/Ironfist would be ACE.

And I am just LOVING the HA basics. Reverb the awesome sci-fi bike? Yes please! Dragstrip with MASTER friggin' DISASTER?! Bought simply for the Animated Villain name drop! Oh, and looking cool too, but mostly the name drop. 

 

I really wish they'd have put out the BW Quickstrike-themed remold of DOTM Sideswipe. I think was the one I really wanted to see in person.

Hmmm...not exactly the colors that spring to mind for the name "Dark Iron"

 

While I am infinitely grateful for this masterful homage to my favorite childhood character, I must admit that Dark Iron was a really fucking weird name to use.  

 

Well, from what I heard it's suppose to be a BW Quickstrike homage. I'm guessing they lost the name.

 

Not many new toys revealed.
I am getting :
commander : hatchet, guzzle and green repaint of plane.
human alliance basic : new dragstrip, 3 repaints: crosshairs, half-track, reverb.
human alliance : leadfoot from target.
deluxe optimus from walmart.
voyager optimus repaint / comettor repaint from walmart.
voyager starscream repaint, voyager ratchet repaint, deluxe space case repaint from target.
ultimate optimus seems leader size but head is a bit small. armor look makes optimus look like a stiff statue. Not even sure if he got jets at the back. Leader jetwing optimus is more movie accurate but I don't like to spend extra on japanese toys.

I hope they make a leader or ultimate megatron with 2 giant guns that can connect together to form 1 big giant gun.

I asked my wife to look for the walmart exclusives tomorrow. The comettor set has been out for a while already but has eluded me so far. I really hate walmart exclusives which are often heavily scalped, so sometimes, I just give up and decide not to get them.

 

The maroon was definitely more dominant, and fairly dark.

Yeah, uh...that color scheme sounds odd for that car. More power to you, Quickstrike fans, but unless that's a lot prettier than it sounds it's not for me.
