    IMAX Version

    So, the obvious question is: Is there any length difference in the IMAX Version.
    In ROTF the IMAX version had a significantly longer fight scene in the woods.

    Think about this for a second: if they had edited out a lot of the irrelevant filler from ROTF (Sam's mom getting high, the shenanigans at the deli, etc.), then it would probably have a run-time similar to DOTM.

    So, that 134 minutes, doesn't that also include the credits? I always thought it was like that.

    Yeah, when they release runtimes they always include the credits. It's the movie "AS A WHOLE". If you're trying to guess how long the movie will be sans credits, then you can usually just knock off anywhere between 5-10 minutes off the runtime (depending on the movie, though. Some have longer or shorter credits than others.)

    that's a little dissapointing to hear at least to me you pay close to 10 to 12 bucks depending on state to watch a movie and they can't even give 2 and a half hours.
    oh well hope sentinel's apparence makes it worth the shorten time.

    the 3rd movie looks better then the first two combined your clearly on crack.
    the first movie was very boring with little to almost no action just alot of talk.
    the second movie had the stupid racist twins that no body liked.
    the 3rd movie will have neither of those so it has to be better.

    I never associated the twins with "racism", if you think they are making fun
    of a black stereotype, would that be considered racist?
    When I saw the movie, I never thought "racist" when I saw them.
    Nor did I think of Black people, I just thought of the urban lifestyle
    and thought they were mocking them.
    There are many white people who live the urban life.

    And comparing them to Jar Jar? THAT is racist, anyone who thinks a black
    stereotype is as bad as Jar Jar should be hanged.

    I thought the first movie was exciting.

    I loved the twins and din't find them racist at all.

    I like the looks of movie 3, but those statements are rediculous.

    Considering that the Battle of Chicago runs about an hour long, that gives the movie about 1 hour and 15 minutes to develop its story and plot. Of course, if there's plot progression during the battle, its gonna be most welcome !!!
