I believe that JamesBenjamin was talking about the RTS Legends Starscream mold, not one of the figures in this 4-pack.

 

I want that pack for the WfC Starscream alone.

 

Now to find someone who wants the two Starscreams and the scanning Bee

Yes, not sure why though, unless they include retooled launchers.

The news title information is incorrect or misinformed as the Transformers : War For Cybertron Legends Starscream is not the same as the one in that boxed set not only is the WFC one a bit of a different shade of grey it has red shoulders not blue, and the one in the boxed set has no chest logo or if it does it's lower (hard to be sure from such a small photo)- it's similar but it's not the same the 4 pack version also has unpainted engine exhausts and it's wing leading edges are not blue unlike the WFC one.

Also the one in the 4 pack has grey air intake/neck launchers the WFC one has them and parts of the upper chest painted in red. the chest guns on the new one are also unpainted and the neck missiles on the new one are painted gold on the previous one they are red. The spray mask on the wings and chest is not the same either.

It's just another Cybertronian Starscream in more or less G1 Colours.

They do share some colours though especially some of the blue areas on the legs but they are not the same toy thats for 100% certain as I have the WFC one in front of me as I type and can see for myself..

[P.S] would have been nice to have gotten Bugbite Glyph or Cliffjumper rather than another Classics Bumblebee legend.

I also notice the front of the box only says "Cyberverse" and not Legion - I wonder where if anywhere they wrote Legion or do they only consider that a price point not a size of the items ?

 

Bought for the Starscreams! The warping look is cool, so I won't freak too much about adding that Bee to my collection even though I have way too many of them.

 

Glad I didn't buy many Legends from the other lines! Now I don't need Goldbug (but let's face it, I'll probably end up getting him anyway).

 

That would've defeated the purpose of this set.

 

Man, I cannot express how much I freaking LOVE these "trans-scanning" repaints. They could do it to every toy in the entire friggin' line and I'd buy them all.

 

It just occurred to me that the movie Starscream might also have a bit of the warping effect, but hidden by glare from the camera.

 

I want the Bees! I will sell the Starscreams to my friend who collects this character.  

 

Yup, I didn't look too closely at the pictures and thought that the movie starscream was the new RTS legends one.

Well, I don't have that classics bee in yellow (only gold) so I'll probly get the pack and ebay the extras.

Son of a..........figures this comes out a week after I win the WFC redeco on eBay from the UK release...
