That redefines "FAIL". Unless, of course, they really think that someone out there would actually want their Animated Blurr figure to look like a shemale.
And $27.99 for a head and a couple of guns is hilariously overpriced. Especially compared with anything that FP put out.

The first picture terrifies me.

This thing just doesn't make sense. 30 bucks to make this mismatched... thing, or 10 for the arcee that just showed up in walmart's computers.

 

Wow......that head just doesn't look good, painted or otherwise.

It reminds me of that City Commander head that came out around 2 years ago with the joker smile. it just looks mushy and muddy.

 

Looking at those photos, I don't know what you guys are trying to do with the upgrade kit. If your intention is to make her look more like a classics figure, you should consider replacing some other parts as well. Maybe change her chest, to something closer to the G1 design, but updated. As well, someone mentioned new arms, which I think could help.

Just give up now and save yourself from future embarassment.

 

Looks better in the new pics, would loose the painted lips tho.

If you ever consider it, down the road you could change out the lower arms/hands. This could also fill out the car mode making it look more complete from the top/back.

 

the first thing that comes to mind even after the clearer pictures is still fugly  the asthetics just dont mix and yeah too much lipstick. Ill take my chances with generations arcee. So far hasbro keeps knocking it out of the park with classics

That head is simply gross. It really does look like Joan Rivers. YUCK!

EDIT: I take back what I said before, this is the same as putting low-resolution photo of Keaton-as-Batman's head on the Bruce Timm Animated Batman's body.

 

"Collector's item" suggests it will have future value or desirability.

It will not.

 

I think it looks pretty good, much better than the original animated cartoony head. I would buy it, if it was a little less. it would look great with the g1s.

 

I can't imagine anybody paying that price for this head. Don't like it when some peeps are artificially trying to hype this up. Single post new member and this is what they decide to post on.

Those were meant to be the Prime toys. They are NOT Classics style figures. Originally, the Prime toys were going to be fit into the Generations line. Now they are getting their own 4th quarter 2011 line. What we have seen so far is a pre-cursor wave, kind of to avoid the whole Animated show/toy debacle. We will get a new Prime and Megatron in larger sizes. Starscream will not necessarily get a larger toy.

All the more reason to get uusers kit. At least his doesn't make your arcee look like a tranny-former.
