Does not confirm a movie appearance. Barricade came out fairly early in the RotF line, too, with a new accessory no less. The Legends toy has a totally different deco, making it less likely Barry will be in DotM.
Still not digging the extra cargo (gun). Why not just make a playset with weapons, why make crazy big weapons that look like they have no real reason for being so big?? I guess the movie will explain...I hope....I hope its good...
Judging from those terrible pictures, that is bought. Brings the tally to four: - Megatron - Shockwave - Ironhide - Barricade That's rather sad. By this time in ROTF, I wanted er'thing.
On second glance, did anyone else notice that he's missing his ram bar in the front and his spoiler is WHITE with black letters? ew?
Barricade is definitely a step up from the original toy, though his car mode looks slightly deformed to me and he looks like someone hit him in the face with a frying pan (hopefully it's just the angle). Still, I'll be picking this one up.
Looks horrible the way it's (mis)transformed here. By looking at the pics, it seems that in the car mode pic, the front fender piece should rotate, in the robot mode pic it looks like it's rotated halfway. The upper body seems to be able to be pushed down more than it is, and it looks like the legs/hip assembly can pivot foward to get under the gray part with purple paint app. If that's the case, it might look good, if not, then meh, I only like that he have 2 hands!
By this time at ROTF, you had only seen Leader Optimus, Soundwave, Starscream and Leader Megatron, and all had in-detail galleries.
It seems like they have been taking ideas from the HA figure, and scaling them down mixing them with the original deluxe figure and building from that for this figure, which is not unlike the treatment to BB Bumblebee.
Does this mean that hes in the new movie? Barricades death has yet not been proven and - he's gonna get a new mold in a size class where only "key characters" appear in?! - We have out of place colors of plastic but theres never been rediculous or like in this case even ADDITIONAL paint aps, am I right? Furthermore, it looks like he comes with a new minion, cos Frenzy IS dead and theres just waaay to much plastic situated in the lower chest area and the back. Pretty suspicious if you ask me
Happy with my HA, but still dig the fact that his arms look MUCH more accurate than any other mold... Cant wait to see more angles of this guy...
instead of making better barricades they they should make prowl but anyways it looks very cool cant wait to see more of the DOTM line
