A part of me is wanting to say that TakaraTOMY is doing this to help continue funding towards the MP line . . . . . . . . however, I'd say that Convoy helped me sleep on that idea quite a bit, though Also, I'd suspect that the Rodimus Prime will stay around $200 (which is unfortunate), too, so I think there's more evidence to suggest things like this are done because they're easy to put a toy like this in a MP box and try to sell it.

U want G1? Push down on Battle ops Bee's right fender/wheel in vehicle mode to activate 2 sound clips from the 80s cartoon opening theme!(not listed in instructions). He also looks nice with deluxe Ravage on his back/shoulder,like their battle in ROTF. I got him as a gift,suprised the hell out of me! Best movie Bee so far.
I will happily pick this up. Scale be damned. Looks great and I'm glad I didn't bother with the Battle Ops version.
The Brave Saga Masterpiece toys would like to have a word with you. There's more than one Takara Masterpiece line, for more than one property, that's all. There's nothing limiting Takara to only doing MPs of G1 toys. Whether or not this toy has any right to be called a Masterpiece is another matter, of course. That was Hasbro's answer regarding their own plans, and so far it's been perfectly true. Hasbro has nothing to do with the Movie Masterpiece line, and no say in how Takara chooses to sell the toys. Non-Chibi car mode would help... Lrn 2 English, plz.
Speaking of, they should get back to doing those. So many possibilities... Or hell, maybe even just reissue the two they already did, since it's practically impossible to find them these days, let alone for a decent price.
a true G-1 MP Bumblebee would be based off the Volkwagon bee car design. any other car mode like the classics 1.0 deluxe & the movie camaro's won't be considered a true G-1 alt mode for bumblebee. IMO,at best the HA Bumblebee is the best bumblebee new mold toy released thus far.
