    Stealth Force commercial

    I auditioned for the Stealth Force commercial the day I left for BotCon. I actually have a pre-production version of the commercial in my inbox! I would love to share it with you guys, but I'm betting it MIGHT get me in trouble. Anyways, the commercial looks pretty cool! The toys remind me of M.A.S.K. in the spot. I also saw the "Bumblebee Race-Track" for the smaller Speed Stars TF cars. I auditioned for both so fingers crossed!

    Come on Hasbro, relaunch M.A.S.K.! You know you want to. Or at least put out a purple Prime repaint :)

    I'm disappointed that Screamer is coming with that Mudflap repaint. If that is in fact supposed to be a sandblasted look, it may be the worst "weathering" effect I've seen on any Hasbro product in the last decade, at least.

    I'll need to see more detailed pictures of Screamer to decide for sure, but right now I'm astonishingly leaning towards passing.

    AND it's a Wal*mart exclusive. Sounds like a match made in heaven to me.

    This is one of the many reasons why I'll always love the G1 packages. A negative black will allow most any toy or printed image pop. Even the red or purple grid patters were subtle enough to give things color but not detract from the product or images promoting it.

    While this may be true (as well as other sensible speculations from this thread), I'd say this is the most blatant attempt at this:

    It says exactly what it is and does on the boxed shot for Inferno.

    Looks to just be something to reset the pop-out weapons and what not while still in the packaging. I wouldn't be surprised if, once out of the packaging, resetting them will be easy to do with just your fingers. However the packaging probably gets in the way of doing that.

    That starscream looks alright, but that Mudflap that comes with it looks godawful.
