Reminds me of the original paint job Derrick had in mind for Prowl, where it harkened back to the G1 Prowl. VERY cool deco, but sadly, I don't want to shell out import fees to get him.
I wish I had read this earlier. I also paid way too much to get the set as well, but I have no use for the Dreadwing/Smokescreen. I just wanted Prowl. We probably could have worked something out. C'est la vie.
At first I thought that, but from the pictures it looks to be an authentic, with the deco and the symbol. It is a small possibility, though.
Don't worry, you'll be able to sell the Dreadwing and Smokescreen set without a problem and get alot of your money back. The going rate for them alone is $150 before shipping.
Totally want that. I've been waiting for the inevitable G1-ish repaint of the Deluxe Animated Prowl mold for a long time now. Kind of makes me sad to see it's being released in Japan as an exclusive, but whatever. If I want it badly enough, (Which I do...) I should be willing to pay the extra cost that comes with it.... My wallet already hurts.

Likewise. Some people have no taste. That price is a bit much for me, though. Talk about heartbreak. One can always hope that we get this redeco and Strafe in some future incarnation of Generations/Universe. *crosses fingers*
