I for one welcome our new origami overlords.

In all seriousness, that's pretty neat. It'll be interesting to see how the progression of this technology unfolds.

People don't learn seriously. Just stop this development, it won't end well. And that's not me being paranoid from too much sci-fi. Eventually the will create Robots with AI and then...

"But it is anticipated that in future it will be used to create full-sized cars and aircraft that morph as they move, or robots that can "flow" like mercury into small openings, or multipurpose military uniforms that can adapt to different environments."

Hmmmmm, I'm thinking T2! :D  Forgot the exact "serial number" of that liquid-metal dude, but this is pretty cool. Anybody else concerned about something similar to Skynet being created?

good line. i think a real transformer would have to be made partially out of stuff like that and partially out of normal stuff for wheels and such like. and thats without going into the whole "animate robot" thing.

Edit:wait, couldnt you make a cube out of that stuff?!? all spark cube is i quote "responsible for creating cybertron and the transformers". this could possibly be an early step towards real transformers.thus, all spark cube(or at least the net of an all spark cube.

Kinda silly loading it with magnets like that - all you need to do to make it fail is put it on some metal.
