not sure if this has been mentioned, but the red ferrari is in front, he's even in front of bumblebee, i think whoever this is they're going to be a high ranking autobot.

also, that man who gets into bumblebee does look like it could be sam, who else would get in bumblebee, just not sure why he got into the passenger seat

 

While I was really hoping Sideswipe wasn't going convertible...I will give the benefit of the doubt, because of how much I like Movie Sideswipe.

Explain what, that he's a convertible now? They probably wont. It's a visual mod to the car, not really a major plot twist.

Maybe transformers just like to change things up on their alts from time to time. Much like how people like to wear their hair differently some days.

No one so much as blinked when Bumblebee comes rolling along with a new fascia and paint job in the interim between the last two films, there is really no need to explain this either. That is, aside from the "let's have reason to sell more toys" excuse.

There was a pic from the set of the movie which came out a few aye before with the convertible. HOT. I like it

 

We're seeing alot of Sideswipe lately, maybe he'll play a larger role in TF3? Maybe he'll be among the "Main robots", like The Twins, Bumblebee, and Wheelie were in ROTF.

 

sideswipe was my second favorite character in ROTF (behind prime) so im happy to see him return. heres hoping for a one on one sword fight between him and some decepticon

 

I hope Sideswipe has a bigger role in this one as well. He was under utilized for being so cool in ROTF. I'm also hoping the Ferrari is either Wheeljack or Hot Rod.
