Not trying to sound like an asshole, but most if not all of my local toy shops sell imports lower or close to their original price. For example, the estimated price given for Leader Class Optimus Prime and JetFire 2 pack is below SGD$ 165 which is USD $118.156 and Buster Optimus Prime is around SGD$ 100. They have been giving us price like that since like forever.

 

Yeah it cost me $146 shipped too from RK.

How long does it normally take for something to arrive to you after placing your order? A week or so?

 

It looks like all of us shipped with airmail, which typically takes 2-3 weeks to deliver. I ordered mine on December 28, and it just got to New York last night. It'll sit in customs for a day or two and I'll probably have it by next Tuesday.

 

Mine shipped the 19th and I think I got it the 28th or 29th.

Well that's not bad.

They may, but I'm leaning more towards no with them releasing this guy. I highly doubt they'll release this mold with the gun addition but I wouldn't mind a repaint of the gunless mold as another Nightwatch Prime....I really loved that colorscheme last time! 

 

What are the chances the Prime release for TF3 is even better than this one? I really don't like the Jetfire at all (the voice even more!) but I want the Buster Prime. I'd hate to drop $140+ on this and when the next movie comes out find they just release Buster Prime as the figure.

 

You can always buy the single pack version for $72 plus shipping($26.36).  

 

I don't think so. At least not with the new face, gun, and extensive paint scheme. You may get one or two of those, but not all three if they ever release him here.

At Botcon 2009 they said they had no plans, but plans do change.

Yeah, they stated no premium figures this year. I would love it if they released them stateside but I'll probably order the asian exclusive since Hasbro probably wont. I would hate to miss out on these figures just because Hasbro might or might not put them out.

It would suck later if they release them for half the price after ordering the asian one though...
