This month's Hobby Japan is very light on TF news. No MP-8 Grimlock, A-02 Megatron, Disney/Chrono Label or Encore. Only the Feb 26 releases were showcased. - New image of Vibrant Red A-01 Convoy - A-01 Convoy will be 15cm tall in robot mode - Stock images of Henkei Ratchet and Inferno (which I believe we've already seen)
Inferno looks no diferent than the Hasbro version other than the chrome weapon *blech* and brighter red but Hankei Ratchet looks ten times better than the Hasbro version
The lights are red, he lacks the "401" detail, uses black instead of dark red, and has yellow details on his head. Randy
Interesting... These pictures show the "old" version of henkei Ratchet, with the painted rims and the white shoulders (with a red stripe). The "new" version has red shoulders and unpainted rims. While the "old" version certainly looks better, I think we're actually getting the "new" version.
Vibrant Red GT-R Convoy looks absolutely fab in that pose. It's looking better with each new image released. Glad I ordered it over the Ultimate Metal Silver version which is starting to look rather dull imho.
Sadly there's no other TF stuff on the page (or the rest of the issue), just the 2 GT-R Convoys and the 2 Henkei figures.
I'm not complaining but if they replace that weapon of Henkei/Universe Ironhide's with a handy tool box (eg: spanner, drill etc) then I'm sold totally! Ratchet simply needs some surgical tools, no?
The next chapter of the Henkei story is featured in this month's Figure King. http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/trans...nity-masterpiece-chrono-disney-label-etc.html
