Click the gallery link at the top of the page. Select toys. Then Masterpiece. Scroll to the Movie section and enjoy.

Might be able to get that back piece if I jump on it. I’d have to paint it black though. @World Prime you gonna jump on that back weapon storage piece?

From what I learnt myself, the double-tapes are some form of QC measure, it's common on Masterpieces. I've gotten them on my MP-29+ and MP-13 and some on one of my movie Masterpieces. MPM-6 is definitely a beautiful figure, sucks those tabs don't work. I wish Amazon shipped to Australia, $80 is definitely a steal even given the issues. Nice Gundam btw.

I really wanted this figure, but after watching Peaugh\'s review of it. I\'m on the fence about it, which sucks cause I really love Ironhide. Should I pull the trigger and get it?

Personally, I'm going to wait for a fourth party company to make a better version.

Thanks, didn't notice before... but was paying attention this time around before of all the reported issues of this figure!

And you got good eyes! I was working on the high resolution Red Astray, very nice figure indeed.

Are you in the US? If so it's really no risk trying it out ordering from Amazon. If somewhere else, and price is not as cheap, then maybe as the others say, wait for a better one... Personally I am pretty happy with mine despite the issues, he looks really good...

You should order one, especially if you have any other MPM figures. For $80 and with Amazon’s return policy it’s a no brainer. FWIW I have one and love it.

I enjoy reviews but buying a figure and forming my own opinion > deciding not to buy after reading/watching a negative review and missing out on a potentially great figure.

If that only took only 30 minutes then that's pretty darn efficient.

Been a while since transforming this thing (I've been moving to a new place recently) and boy it took me a better part of a day.

I'm glad you like it! I'd recommend trying the transformation as many times as you like. I promise it will get easier every time. Once you know how exactly to like up the arms and inner shoulder joints it doesn't take more than 20 mins.
The back weapon storage piece comes with the guns, so yeah I'll be getting that too. The extra arm and shoulder parts though would triple the shipping cost cause it would have to go in a box so I'm not gonna do that. It's a great figure but it would bump the cost up to $160 in total to get all that and that's too much.

Have you transformed it yet? I'm curious to know how the alt mode is compared to the official. The hood especially. :)

Yeah, I think the shoulder piece for me will be roughly $14 total, which isn’t too bad but I just hope it actually works like it’s suggested in the IG video. I’d also be slightly jealous if another company released a black colored or just better looking lock piece in an add-on kit, but I’ll take one for the team haha.

Well, my tack is to get the MPMs as they release to support the official product, but then also go after third-parties that improve on it. Like, I have MPM 04, but also plan on buying the Black Apple whenever it releases. Also holding out for someone to make a Barricade where his legs don't suck. I mean, if you're strapped for cash, certainly only get the best ones available, but if not, don't forget to support the official releases. I hope to see the line continue and improve for a long time yet.

I always buy official for the same reasons you do. If you really like the mold, having the best version, KO or not, is a no-brainer IMHO. You can never have too many good transformers. ;)

Do you go to the third party forums?! I don't remember having seen you commenting there!

I am still waiting for an improved KO for Ironhide, I own the official but I bought it mainly to support the original designers... I think the shoulders and the hips are places where there are still room for a lot of improvements!
