I've loved fanstoys since Quakewave. Would like to Get Grinder and Snarl before they are out stock. Does Grinder have a comic variant like he does for g2 and diaclone? And what's the likelihood of me being able to get the rest of the 3 for under 200 each??? Considering red swoop over blue..

 

Well.

There is no Comic variant of Grinder. When I bought my Grinder and Sever, I was lucky and TFS had Soar. I recently was able to snag a loose Scoria (Slag) on eBay. In all likelihood, you'll be able to find Scoria and Soar on eBay. Sludge is the issue. He's the hardest to find, but I believe he'll be reissued this year. Definitely don't wait till all five are in stock at the same time; that'll never happen.

 

What is the likelyhood they release a comic variant? And I plan on getting grinder and sever in the next few weeks. I'm just trying to figure out what color scheme I want to go with. Sever I like the G2 red and classic. Soar I like the blue and red but the red is easier to find....choices.

Also what about the updated faces and how do I acquire them?

 

The likelihood is 0% I'm afraid.

 

Last question, for the new face sculpts do I have to get Grinder? Normal release? Does the G2 include the new face sulpts? And or does anyone know if G2 Sever has the new face sculpt?

 

G2 Grinder comes with the new faces AND the improved leg/dino mode chest parts for G2 Sever.

I don't remember getting the faces with my g2. For sure the g2 server pieces though. Hope I didn't throw the faces away!

 

I didn't know about it either until I got my G2 Grinder, which led me to get G2 Sever.

Shrug? They were included in my Grinder. It included the replacement head for Sever plus the faces for Scoria and Soar. Though I like the shape of Sever's original head but I attached the new face, same as my G1 color version.

 

That's some serious dust on Grinder. Nice pic though.

My bad, been on a top shelf for a few months and I hadn't dusted it off in a while.

 

Got my Grinder along with Sever last week. My first FT purchase and I'm very impressed with both. I'll definitely attempt to get the other 3.

Thank god for CNY ending. I have Grinder, Sever on the way!!!!!!!!!!!!! As well as Quake Blast. What do y'all recommend as best Faction stickers for these? and where to get them. For Dinos and Quake Blast if any one has one?

Also where should I check and scout for Scoria and Soar? I keep hearing Stomp will get a reissue soon, is that correct?
