I know it sounds dumb. I was all I can think of. Or just a repacked AOE Galvatron.

If hasbro were cool they'd just allow you to swap shocks head with a bonus 2 head accessory (plus a extra blade).

Do you think scrap metal and Shatter will release around the same time as the first wave did?

I basically need scrap metal and Shatter. I don't think I need to order the whole wave.

    I feel like...

the man from the Bumblebee movie who was obsessed with his red muscle car with that deluxe Shatter.

    Like Shatter alternate mode.

Not a fan of movie Devastator.

I wish they would have done Dropkick and Shatter either both with car alt modes or both with aerial alt modes to start. It seems now we're set up for either two of each or, if sales under-perform, an indefinite mismatch.

Looks great. Straight forward transformation. Solid looking robot mode looking more accurate to movie. A bit limited articulation but I wonder if that is mostly due to stability in leg mode. Love how big he is. Can't wait to get him.

Oh wow, wasn’t expecting the Devastator leg mode transformation to be that involved.

Hasbro releasing the worst of the bunch first. In the context of a SS Devastator he's okay, but a terrible stand alone figure. Maybe if I seen him on 50% discount or something. I may skip Devastator all together since I already have the ROTF one from a decade ago and all of the excellent individual constructicons.

That's one chunky vehicle. Making the treads out of plastic is nice too. Takes away the risk of the rubber seeing the same problem as RotF Scavenger. And while it's "simple" it looks like it'll be a sturdy leg. And if that's one leg, Devy's gonna be a big boy.

I'm thinking the only way to do Scavenger / Demolishor without rubber treads is to have faux wheels for the robot mode (like the Legends class).

Doesn't lok bad but i would just buy him for Dev alone, scrapmetal is the winner here.

Unless they do something where the flat tread folds away before you compress the axel and the round tread folds out of something. There have been some pretty clever tricks from Studio Series thus far. So it's not outside the realm of possibility.
