I don't think it is dead like Maketoys Reticle where they said they rejected the design. Here dalianjj was very specific in that FT was not satisfied with the design and wanted to redo it. I just think it is going to be heavily back delayed in their schedule with the combiner commitment so it is very backburner. Remember, they still need to do Scourge and we have seen nothing on that one so I would put it in that territory. Outrider looks to be more dubious in that they put that one on hold and maybe that pertains to an official version coming out after Hound. It's a shame but they are in the know and if that is the case I could see them abandoning that one after all of the 3Ps and TT beat them to the market. That one never made it past a resin prototype from what we saw. If that is the case I see TT following 3P and also releasing a Hoist. FT said they were doing a Hoist and then backed off it. I am just glad they followed through with Chomp and I cannot wait to get that figure.

I mean it has a massive backpack not worse than ditka but not better than gewalt. The jet mode looks great though. I dunno. Wake me up when they make it into flywheels and Apache into battletrap.

I love Rouge. Seems like I’m in the minority. Also on topic, I think FT threw in the towel after Ditka cause it’s pretty good. Sure it has its problems but you ain’t getting much more G1 looking than that. In all three modes.

Fanstoys threw in the towel because ole flippy knees was so damn good? Ummm nahhhh! I think the fact that they held back shows they read the threads, read of people's issues with Ditka, and thought,This is certainly beatable but our figure cannot fall victim to the same issues that plague it.


As for if Berserk is coming soon, well ask the source @dalianjj

 

I thought the knee replacement kit fixed those issues on Ditka.

 

They help but the soft ratchets in his hips, serious poseability interference in his hips and shoulders, and generally being back heavy still take their toll. Head poseability is atrocious as well. I DO like my Ditka overall but his limitations make him easily replaceable.

Yes, as long as you like his alt modes and are ok with limited poseability. Looks good on the shelf.

 

How much better can we expect out of someone with a massive back pack. People will then bitch about overly tight ratchets. You know the fandom man. A lot of folks bailed on complex transformations and cry about Fanstoys for a while. Apache, rouge, and especially loot are not bad at all
