Finally Transformers Siege has started appearing here in the Land Down Under with Wave 1 showing up.

Unfortunately so far it’s only been released in Toy World with their painfully inflated prices. Voyagers at $55 and Battle Masters at $11.99 aren’t too bad but charging $40 for the Deluxes is highway robbery! No sign of Micromasters yet.

Found at Toy World Gepps Cross in South Australia.

    Good to see.

I'm still waiting to see a POTP Primal on a toy store shelf, but sure, onwards and upwards.

Hate to say it, but he’s been released ages ago. He came out for Big W’s Big Toy Sale last year, but I actually nabbed him two days before (correctly) predicting they wouldn’t actually stay on the shelves long enough to go on sale.

With Siege finally crawling out I think POTP is done.

What I would give for ANY American Transformers shelf to look like that. I still don't understand why our distribution is so fucking bad. I thought it was only Wal-Mart that was like this - but no, I just went to a Target today, and it was just as bad. Zero generations toys on shelves. Either they were all scalped, or they haven't gotten any in. They've gotten other 2019 toys in, like Lego, but not a single new Transformers figure.

Holy Slag $40 for a deluxe!
I thought $35 for one was too much
Good to see that Siege is coming around now, i just hope Siege is hampered the same was as Power of the Primes was, cause my nearest K-Marts, Targets and Biw-w were pathertic after a couple months.
Mostly it was wave 1, a few bits and pieces of 2 and 3, no wave 2 deluxe class anywhere, i had to get Rippersnapper, Sludge and Snarl online to complete Volcanicus and Abominus! At the end of 2018 there was only legends at K-Mart, Big-W had no PotP since September, and Target mosty had wave 1 with wave 3 Deluxe coming in a little later!
I hope they get their act together this year!

Trust me when I say this is an extreme rarity.

The major Transformer sellers (Kmart, Target, Big W) are all absolutely devoid of Transformer figures at the moment. My local Kmart, for example, has the Cyberverse Deluxe wave with Acid Storm and that's it. Christmas has completely stripped them of all Generations, Bumblebee, Studio Series and Cyberverse outside of this newest wave of Deluxe. I'm assuming they're all waiting to bring in Siege figures and aren't restocking older lines but this is the first time in a long time where I've seen a shelf with more then 3 things max.

Ordering online is the smartest thing to do if you're an Australian fan. I was actually starting to think that Siege was going to be skipped over here like Thrilling 30 was.

Is there a reputable online Aussie retailer to get these general release figures?

Maybe the reality is I'd feel whichever state I'm in is the one particularly behind but,

It is blowing my mind that not only have Australia got these already, but it is South Australia that has them first, in a store I could get to. Of course it is the week the car goes wrong and I can't get to Gepps Cross, pretty petty way to screw with me, whoever is writing this shit.

Of course, I also know that Toyworld wanted $40 for Studio Series Jazz so as much as I want to pick up Sideswipe I'll take the chance that like Jazz it ends up somewhere else. Maybe if it was a later wave I'd just let the robbery happen since I had to order any POTP deluxes past wave 1 online but Sideswipe should be doable at $30.

Robotkingdom is probably the best bet for Australians. You'll probably end up paying $15-20 more per Wave then regular retail, but its probably better then playing the "will they/won't they" game of us actually getting the figures.

Before my fellow Radelaide pals get too excited, there's probably not anymore Voyagers left. There were two of each when I was there but my brother and I both bought Megatron and I got an Optimus, so when I left there was just one Optimus on the shelf.

They've had Predaking for a while now. I think he started appearing around November, but at $299 you'd be insane not to get him from Amazon.com.au at $215. I bought him last week- Prime trial gave him free next day delivery too.
