I have a thought about the BB vs Aquaman difference. Basically, while BB is paying for the sins of the Bay movies, thanks to Wonder Woman, Aquaman is a crapshoot.
Great podcast! First time I've given it a go but thoroughly enjoyed it. One figure that I give the sour side eye of dissapointment to every time I see it is Titans Return Sixshot. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't have the wibbliest joints I've ever experienced on a transformer. Constantly losing a battle against gravity is a real shame because the other TR leaders I picked up were great.

About the extra fees and stuff at the dealer table for Masterpiece Sideswipe. That\'s actually part of the reason I bring a fixed amount of catsh to spend, and don\'t carry it all on my at one spot. If they want to add fees or surcharges (generally they don\'t anyway with cash, but sometimes they try and kick the price up a bit) you can pull out 4 twenties and say it\'s all you got.

that particular bit doesn't quite work, however if it was Bail Organa requesting Obi Wans assistance on a mission it does. Obi Wan and Bail Organa have interacted in Clone Wars, but you know... Your idea for a star wars movie is very good, which is why it would never make it past Kathleen Kennedy. She is a disease. Here's your foreshadow: 'Obi wan returns with Beru. Owen runs out to embrace her. They say their goodbyes to obi wan. They walk back inside to see the [tatooine equivalent of a chicken] burning on the stove. Owen curses. Nothing but the charred remains are left.'
I highly doubt Hasbro is considering on relocating to California. Texas is far more plausible. California has lost a huge percentage of businesses because of insane state taxation and strict eco standards.
I didn't have a con mom. My mom never took me to cons, but my Dad did. He used to be a smoker (so glad he stopped), but when he used to go for smoke breaks, he'd end up meeting a bunch of celebrities who were also outside smoking. One time he walked back into the con and was talking to Frank Gorshin. I got to talk to him for a bit too. It was really neat. While my Dad never quite understood my fascination with comics and toys, he was always supportive.
This made me laugh because I first experienced this mold with the Quickswitch version from the Chaos on Velocitron and I was so disappointed in those joints. When I eventually found the Sixshot version, could brace myself for the weak knees and learn to enjoy it. I'm sure if I'd gotten it first, it would be in my "To Be Sold" box.
