I guess it's just an overall impression of which figures were the most popular. There are definitely a few that get a lot more votes than others. I wish we could do a poll within this thread!

I completely agree with you. Such a shame cause he's almost the best. Future the inner shoulder joints that made mine a LOT more stable and made it into an even better figure!

Figure of the Year: SS Starscream
For this one I might have some rose tinted glasses on because Bayverse Starscream is far and away my favorite iteration of my favorite character. I say that with a very very strong emphasis on his media appearances from 2007-9 you know before he became a slobbering waste. This figure gave us one of the most faithful representations of the character that I saw in the ‘07 move, read about in the comics, and played as in the games -- the character that, as a kid, played such an instrumental role in endearing me to the franchise. Now bring on the MPM

Runner up: MPM Barricade
The exclusion of frenzy and the panel line mess in altmode are not ideal but this is still such a stunning figure to look at, that alone warrants its status as runner up.

I feel like the ship has all but sailed for him, the only realistic avenue for release I can still think of is as a part of some sort of exclusive (like Drift with bady Dinobots). Fingers crossed

 

Only one I will freak out if we don't get is Sentinel. And maybe Soundwave, although I honestly would prefer to get a good satellite bot over the (admittedly beautiful) car. That alt mode just fit his character much more and was just weird and interesting enough to get my attention. The rotf figure was not detailed or accurate enough for me.

Cool! I especially liked movie starscream after the reign of starscream comics. That was a great story and even gave us an explanation for the tattoos and confirmation that Barricade was alive and kicking.
