I tried and tried and tried for months to like this figure. There was absolutely nothing fun about him at all. Transformation didn’t get better over time, and was just a royal pain in the @ss. While he did look good in bot mode, that just wasn’t enough for me, so I finally packed him back up and sold him off and managed to at least get $100.00 for him.

 

You’re lucky. I couldn’t sell mine for more than $90, so I actually LOST money on this POS

 

Ay, I like this figure okay, but it has been a pain in the ass. I bought two of them (I like having a figure in each mode) from bababobo, and both had problems.

On the first figure, one of the long loin pieces broke off at the ball joint, and a piece was missing from the left forearm armor. On the other figure, it was nearly perfect, except that it was missing the silver piece over the windshield.

I bought them in May when bababobo had them on sale for about $90, and I am still waiting for replacement parts. Bababobo said he was waiting for the factory to get him the pieces and told me not to worry. It's still annoying but I know it's not his fault but Alien Attack's for first, having poor quality control, and second, for being slow in responding for requests for parts. What a pain.

 

Ack, that's probably the case.

 

Phew luckily just sold mine, only had it for a day! Hah! Damn that figure was bad ‍♂️

 

I honestly don’t see who’s still buying this thing, especially since Challenger, which is better in every conceivable way, is right around the corner.

 

I’m guilty of that, just wanted to see the quality myself cause I’ve seen reviews where people say they’ve had no problems with the figure but sheesh, when mine came in it felt fragile and things kept popping off so I had to get rid of it, lost about 20 bucks in whole predicament but that’s alright , can’t wait for UT challenger

 

I got EL-CID a while back and didnt have any issues with him..I dont plan on transforming him that much if at all. He will be my AOE Prime and UTs will be my TLK Prime lol, might even get TWs Knight now...justification to buy more figures!

got this thing recently for a decent price and i love it, yes the transformation is fiddly but it's nice to have something to take my time with, saying that as soon as toy worlds comes out it's so bought.

 

It has its problems, but is a good display piece.

 

Does having two of a figure not many people like make me a hipster? i hope not, i don't have the patience to grow a moustache to twirl.

Weird figure with weird articulation and QC issue but with great painting and good mold.

 

They made a different mold.

Also AA's hound is there.

 

But I really don't trust them anymore... But I am curious to see what they could improve on this new mould.
