MP-44 is the same size truck, judging from shots we've seen of him next to Wheeljack at WonderFest. Although I'm not sure how in scale he actually is to the guys you've listed anyway.

Yeah you're right, Exosuit Spike looks to be more in scale to Bumblebee's alt-mode maybe, based on the size of his head ;)

Anyway, back to the topic of Hound - it is a little bit of a shame that the minifigures will look undersized in him. Since the humans were sometimes bigger compared to the robots, they could've gone with the bigger size. This was their chance to reset the minifigure scale (though maybe they should've started with Chip), so that they could fit in the one figure who has open seats in alt-mode.

Maybe he'll come with a hologram figure who's in scale to his altmode.

I would like a decent hound and hope the alt mode on this release is closer to the MP21,25 & 27 scale I mentioned above. Not quite the 1/45 required for the minifigs but at least a bit smaller than the lambos and nissans - and a heap smaller than the ridiculous 3rd party offerings. MP27 shows they have the engineering tech now to condense a larger robot into a smaller vehicle.

Maybe..time will tell. I do have Sunstreaker and he is fine so far, but Hot Rod is a Hot Mess.

    Targetmaster Hot Rod is good.

It's Ironhide, Ratchet, and the first version of Hot Rod that had problematic chrome. Everything since has been good.

what is it with takara and their recent obsession with big chins on their figures i do like this hound but just like sunstreaker he didn't have a chin as prominent as this

Really? I'm waiting for more official pics before I take sides, but right now it does seem like Willis has the better face / gun / shoulder cannon.

Proportions will be probably be better with Takara, but for me it's all about how the alt-mode looks against Willis.

So far we have Ultra Leno, Sunstrantino, and Hound Stallone. o_O

One can only scratch their own as to who will be the chinspiration for the next big MP ....

As far as the bot modes are concerned, I'd take the top half of TT Hound and the bottom half of Willis and form a mutant perfect Hound.

That's more than just a clearer picture, that's a different sculpt altogether.

Man, I totally forgot, again, that this thing was coming out. Takara is over here blowing it's load on that terrible looking new Prime that I haven't noticed anything new about this Hound. Amazed.

It's a hoax!!! At the rate TT is going with the G1 stuff, we'll never have a complete S1/S2 in our lifetime.

That's why I've been filling in the gaps with 3rd party. I'd like to finish my G1 collection before I start collecting social security.

I am in a 3rd party game too so I concur!!! I expect to see TT Galvatron on the day I retire. No doubt by then we''ve seen another Prime/Megatron
