    I think there is more movement in those arms and joint below the shoulders than we realize.

    Likely "Goblin Glider" as you put it. I like the idea of Shockwave having a personal drone he can use for transport, among other things. It really strikes me as quite versatile, unlike UM's armor, which only has the options of being a trailer or the armor (but let's not kid ourselves, unlike Shockwave UM is only ever going to be in alt mode or in full armor)
