    I just caught this... you know, it'd be cool if they just went full in and plain released a weapons pack with reversed grays and blacks with orange clear pieces.

    Correction:

    It's a "Codpiece".

    A codpiece (from Middle English: cod, meaning "scrotum") is a covering flap or pouch that attaches to the front of the crotch of men's trousers and usually accentuates the genital area. It was held closed by string ties, buttons, or other methods.

    That's the thing though. If I knew about the metallic version in advance, I might have been interested in it BEFORE the KO. Instead, I'm going with the KO. It's why I bought the metallic KO version of MP Megatron and why I usually "wait for the KO". I'm MORE likely to double dip if both versions are available, rather than later on.
