I'm going to have to track down the TPB when it comes out.

 

Wahoooooooo! Cannot wait to buy the graphic novel! But MAY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? That is an eternity away people!

 

I haven't read the first one yet and may be judging too quickly. I'm a fan of both Transformers and Star Trek but I don't really see a point of a crossover. Does it work or still too early to tell? Legit/clever crossover (like the Star Trek TNG Borg and Dr Who Crossover worked) … or is it just "hey... they should hang out for some reason to sell comics"

 

The Hanna Barbera vibes are strong with this one.

jesus, optimus is drawn huge. his shoulder should be like... 3/4 that size, maybe even only half.

It was...interesting seeing Airachnid drawn in a Sunbow style



As a general rule, I avoid IDW comics but I picked the first issue up because I grew up watching Star Trek. It seems like a fun book, very cheesy.

 

So does this make Spock a headmaster?

 

Bit of both, I guess. Plus it serves as something of a "breather" between The End and The Reboot.

 

Now I'm picturing Prime & Megs battling to the infamous Spock & Kirk fight-scene song    

 

I saw that Ravage was in issue 3 so I'm in. Sucker'd!!! haha.

 

Voice actress idea for way back when: Marilyn Lightstone (Crasher in Challenge of The Go-Bots).

 

Cannot wait for the inevitable Ratchet and Dr. McCoy team up...
