You mean it wasn't included in the package?

Have you contacted your seller directly? They might be able to source a replacement for you. If not, they should accept for you to send it back in exchange for a refund, right? That's pretty much standard ebay policy. As long as you haven't already left them positive feedback, ebay sellers are kinda obliged to bend over backwards to please you.

Takara have good customer service, but you have to be living in Japan or have bought directly in Japan to be able to avail of it. Unfortunately outside of their home territory it seems to depend on the policy of each store.

It was included and I lost it. I will contact them to see if I can purchase a replacement.

Ah man that's unfortunate, sorry to hear that. You don't think you're able to find it somewhere where you lost it (I guess if you knew where it was then it wouldn't be lost!)?

Not sure if there's anywhere you can actually purchase a separate one, unfortunately. When I was looking to buy a spare Inferno helmet I emailed dozens of shops to see if they'd had a busted return they'd be willing to sell the helmet from. Most said they don't do that, a few said they didn't have any recently.

It really sucks that you can't get parts directly from Takara if you are outside of Japan.

This isn't really exclusive to a company like Takara, though. If you lose a part yourself, I believe it's pretty hard to contact any big company to try and buy a replacement piece.

Where are you? If you are in the UK I could send you a spare I have, but I’m guessing you are in the US, and I just looked up prices for small parcels to the US, and that would be nearly as much as Sunny again; ouch.

I've had good luck sending little MP accessories to the US with no tracking in a regular padded envelope with stamps. Never paid for tracking though, because that definitely works out ridiculously expensive.

On the bright side, if they choose to do that they could end up with duplicates of said missing face.

    20181102_163652.jpg

Obviously that's the angry face, but there is equal chance of getting two of any of the faces with the KO. Poor QC will do that I suppose. My copy is missing the default 'stern' face.

Except the KO has ugly poorly sculpted faces.

Always help if/when I can. He should have it in a couple of days (sent out this morning).

Now if someone would sell me a Mark47 for a decent price that would be a miracle lol.

    That is awesome of you.

You mean the HT Mark 47? I'm sure they'll reissue it at some point, they love milking that license.

Oh man, I remember, 6 years ago, I was DEEP in the HT wagon. That was expensive.

I sold them all, just couldn't keep up. The only thing I'd ever buy is a 1/4 Burton Batman and a 1/4 Reeve Superman, if they ever make it. But no, here's more Johnny Deep figures!

But back on the topic, I wish more big name companies would offer some sort of after sale parts replacement. I haven't heard of a single one that does it, if you are outside Japan, that is.

Ya the HT Mark47. I'm not deep in it just a few Ironman marks. I hope the reissue wait isn't too long.

I was trying to be a human being and helping someone out. It's amazing what a big impact you can make on someone stemming from a small gesture.

Thank you for the kind words.

In case anyone is looking for this, Ocean Designs just came up with a decal set. Not as many details as the one from Reprolabels; I would have liked some red on the front of the shoulders and shins. This new decal set should be available from Uncle Billy's eBay store.

Given that Ocean stickers are licensed, I am surprised they are not and have never been widely available

They look nice but I've always found Ocean dry rubs sets to be a pain or impossible to apply.

For those wondering the faces on the KO are well made.

Thanks for pointing this out! I've been waiting for a dry transfer set of decals like this since I prefer them over stickers. I looked on eBay and also Uncle Billy's website, but couldn't find them. Any chance of a link?
