It looked like it would work (code applied), did a little shopping and when I went to check out it was dead already. I think they killed it.

 

I'm told by ebay the code no longer works... tried to buy Dumpyard from Tony with the code, and nada.

 

Yes, same here, I put something in my cart, applied the code, and was told that the code was no longer valid. Although I was encouraged to continue with my transcation, I politely declined.

 

Seems eBay continuing to further distance themselves from PayPal.

Nope. It worked for me too......so far....but when I tried for a second time on another account, it was dead. I assumed it was because it was the same CC being used.

 

Great! I posted the deal and then was called to a meeting and it doesn't work after I came back to my desk. What a coincidence!!!!

I don't think it it credit card related as it doesn't work for anyone any more.

 

If eBay does not do a 20% off for Thanksgiving, I might do a picket line outside their HQ!!!

Last year they did $15 off on 11/22 and $10 off on 11/23. This year they’re doing 15% off flash sales throughout the year instead of $15 off sales so it MIGHT be 15% off and 10% off.

 

Why does Ebay keep doing these coupons if they're just going to kill them before they actually expire? If they're losing money, they might as well just stop offering them at all.

 

It seems it can be applied to various gift cards, that's when the term "while supplies last" comes into play and all quotas are used up quickly. Maybe, just maybe.
