From the latest issue of the Toys"R"Us catalog I bought home, and I just saw this reveal:

Bumblebee and Hot Shot from Rescue Bots: Academy will also be released as those..."Mega Mighties" toys.

I haven't even heard about Mega Mighties until I made some researches.

They also made a Hulk and Spider-Man.

Glad to see Hot Shot still get some love. Heres hoping the Rescue Bots Academy show is as good the original.

EDIT: Have we even seen any RBA toys besides these? There seems to be little to no info about the series since it was first revealed.

Apparently they have articulation to do exciting poses.

    Like...

    -Raising your hand in class.

-Tilting your head to the side in confusion.

-Rotating their waists a complete 360o degrees.

    -... And dirt.

Enjoy these new toys from Hasbro, Everybody!

At least they are (somewhat) a step up from the bubble bath bottle figures that we were already used to getting. The sculpts are unique and look good for what they are (instead of a simple copy and paste), and the paint apps look good and are sufficient. Edit: Compare them to these monstrosities:

Bumblebee and Hotshot look cute. Might have to consider these for random cutesy display pieces. With the other two new cadets getting them later, might be cute to have. Kind of hope they do a Rescue Bots styled "Instructor Windblade" later now to go with Bee.

To think Hasbro used to make fully articulated hefty 12" toys like Action Man in the past.....

Stylized shampoo bottles, what an improvement!

    But not bad toys....
