FWIW, I've discovered Unique Toys' Day/Cerebro's headmode scales well with Master Made's ApollOmega Supreme:

I still await my Upgrade Bust set and won't do anything until it arrives; but it shouldn't be a lot of work to pare down the pegball post Apollo's head attaches to on his li'l minitank to accept Dayrebro's neck socket if I don't mind losing Apollo's current head as an option.

I could buy Snapdragon off of ya, if you’d like. If that interests you, you can PM me.

I thought about getting rid of Snapdragon, but I now that I have him in hand I like how easily transforms between all three modes.

Truth be told, Snaps is the better of the two and well worth keeping.

Ah crap well I already promised him to someone else when I get the set in. I love figures with head modes for some reason tho so I’ll be happy. I keep my PE Warden in head mode.

So it turns out that putting a Titan Master on Day gets into the ballpark of the proportions of G1 Cerebros. =D

I'm tempted to get a spare and carve the port in the neck joint to the proper size for Titan Masters since the ball joint is a real pain to remove and replace and I lack 3-d modeling skills to make a shapeways part for print, cos it seems appropriate for Cerebros to have a huge noggin.

(I popped out the neck joint and just sat the Titan Master there for the photo.)

Got my No Minds and Unhappy set the other day. Highbrow will get pics with the other Headmasters later.

I know MFT will get to the Horrorcons at some point, but I love the G1 toys and can enjoy these for a while before something better and bigger comes along.

It begun just as a proof of concept to see if my Unique Toys Day (Cerebros) can be connected to an eventually scratch build body (because Unique Toys never give us one), but becomes so fun that I ended building an entire body prototype based on Marvel original comics version (much smaller and no base/city mode); for now my priority are my other projects (Metroplex, IDW Omega Supreme and Powermaster Optimus Prime), but as I said, this was really fun and easy to make so I hope some day build a refined, stylized and color accurate version.

    DSC_0495.JPG DSC_0496.JPG DSC_0497.JPG DSC_0498.JPG DSC_0499.JPG DSC_0500.JPG DSC_0501.JPG DSC_0502.JPG DSC_0503.JPG DSC_0504.JPG DSC_0505.JPG

BTW, no parts forming, it really transform in this preliminary state and the connection between Day and body fits almost too perfect so if someone wants to try it's easy and I'll really like to see a better version than mine.
