I got mine from Kapow Toys. I'm assuming you live in the US, though, so that wouldn't help.

 

Caved and bought one of only two of these guys that A3U brought to a toy show....
Hes pretty badass so far and seems like all my joints are pretty solid.

 

Beyond impressed.

 

Seems to have been a partial shipment sent to various smaller retailers mainly in US. Lot of the larger stores are still waiting for their stock and sellers on TaoBao are also still waiting.
Possible that PE did a partial small run and are now working on a second run, or maybe the complexity of the figure meant they only had time to assemble and pack a percentage of the total.

No additional support needed, this guy can stand fine.

 

Alright got just plain pissed today at this thing and completely disassembled it and have spent the past 4-5 hour supporting ratchets, tightening friction joints, etc. etc. It's still not great, but it's a hell of a lot better than it was previously. Now I can at least get the gallery and review done tomorrow to post up Monday:

Just unboxed him and Gorira. Both look stunning in person, but I don't have the energy or attention span to try transforming them yet. Maybe tomorrow.

I did notice that Megatron's dragon neck seems kind of loose. Might need to add some Future.

 

I just got mine today and he shipped out maybe last Friday or this past Monday(I forget)from BBTS.

I noticed that they appear to still have it listed on pre-order with a mid October release date.

It could be they processed the early pre-orders based on date ordered. Because I pre-ordered this back in December of last year.

I need to do some joint tightening on part of the dragon neck and a few other places, but here is where it is for now.

(In case your wondering I had to take the wings off so it would fit in the shelf that's why they look that way)

 

I can't help but think you got the shit copy of the figure with a lot of messed up joints or something. Myself and many others included are having no stability issues.
