Not really, scoria looks like shit, same for swoop. Snarl is ok and sludge actually does look good.

So in short, he would only need 2, sludge and grimlock.

Edit: even grinder has issues. Abs and crotch are way too thin/small. Arms too long. Design of crotch and upper legs connecting to it could have had a far better design. I think their sludge is n7 far their best take on any dinobot they've done. Grinder second.

Also, just to say, @Meister61 , if your crap has chrome and red horns in it (since apparently your crap ressembles Scoria) you really should see a doctor!

Not a bash at us holding different opinions, just really sick of the lazy "figure X looks like shit" comments. Not just you, they're all over the place.

I can respect your criticism of Grinder more as it's an actual opinion. I disagree but I respect your opinion.

@ChromeMagnus Do you also have all of the color variants for all of the fT dino's? The only thing I don't have from FT currently is the Optimus trailer and FT-20G.

 

I have all color variants of FT dinos except for FT Scoria toy color version. I couldn't find that anywhere. My FT/PF Cesium will do since it comes with optional toy color parts. I'm still waiting for Cesium X that dalianjj promised us.
I don't have FT's Optimus trailer for MP01 since I got the version of MP01 that comes with a trailer.
I have 2 copies of FT-20G. If you're interested in that I'd recommend picking it up while you can seeing as how it is a limited run and once FT repaints dry up they're gone for good. They don't reissue repaints/X versions.

 

All I gotta say is "We're not worthy...."     ". Nice stuff Chrome! I am still on the fence as to whether or not wait for DX9 to get their buns in gear on a Guardian or just get another TG Guardian. Pondering. Need another 20% off from Ebay or a Black Friday deal to sway my thinking..

 

Baba has FT-20G at the lowest price anywhere (except maybe Taobao) and even I had to wait for a 15% Ebay flash sale chop the price down even further. A 20% off flash sale would have been nicer. It was the next best option after I kicked myself for ignoring TFSource's sale last month where they had FT-20G for $249 shipped.

 

Yea I told myself the same thing. $249 was damn cheap and I cried for not getting it while the promo lasted. Damn. Who knows, maybe we will see another sale like that for BF next month. I'll be checking every day for some good news...

 

Some messing around at work today.

 

The issues of the one's I've mentioned are widely known. No need to mention them again.

 

Just to be clear, as I mentioned my issue was not that you don't like what I like, that's totally fine and normal and life would be incredibly dull if we all agreed on everything. My issue is with the constant "this looks like crap" comments, and not just from you of course, that I see all the time.

It's a useless comparison, now comments like "Scoria looks like they gave up designing the dino mode, grabbed a potato, put legs and a head on it and called it a day" whilst I may not fully agree I can see where they're coming from.

The "looks like crap" comments are just dull, lazy and add nothing to the conversation. That's what I object to, when commenting that one could comment "purple monkey dishwasher" and it would add the same amount of contribution.

Again, I singled you out but you are not the only one, in fact I think that day you were about the 5th which is why I got annoyed.

Anyway, enough on my pet peeves I have decided Sunday I shall finally transform all my Dinobots to Dino Mode. This will take me most of Sunday, lol. I have about 9!

 

I’m trying to transform my Grinder (for the first time) and i’m Having a heck of a time.

The peg that connects from the feet into the chrome chest cannot fully connect without popping the legs (tail) apart. I think I did something wrong. Everything seems correct except this one part. Any ideas what went awry?
