...FINALLY!!! I finally managed to find a FT Phoenix figure new in box for a good deal! I managed to snag one from Ken Ye over on Facebook, as luck had it, he had about 6 left in stock in his shop.
...now it isnt a FT -10X sadly; but given that version sold out pretty much as soon as it went live; beggars cant be choosers. So I am happy to at least be getting a copy of this figure finally and I can live my signature on my MP shelf! ...well as close as I can, as FT Phoenix is FUGE I hear.  

On that note, I am kinda curious how he scales; ht wise; against bigger bots like Power Baser or Carnifex? Anyone got them an would feel like tossing a few size comparison pics up?

Thank you!!! I have carnifex and power baser and was curious if FT Phoenix was in that ballpark size-wise, or if he dwarfed those figures.


Also, you display your Carnifex exactly how I display mine. Did you swap out the damage eyes for the regular eyes in that head like I did also? No one seemed to cover that in the reviews. But the eye pieces will swap out. They just need pushed and locked into place.

 

Yeah I have him undamaged right now, with the Godmasters in, LOL! I hope MMC will eventually upscale him (like they're doing with Azalea). He works good in my MP collection with the shorter guys, but not so much with the bigger figures.

 

Most people think he is too small for MP displays. But in the IDW comics he was roughly the same ht as megatron and sixshot, with skyshadow a half a head shorter than megatron from the 1 panel that shows them at eye level together for scale. This is how I justify Carnifex at his current ht in my MP collection, and yes I do mix IDW bots with my regular mps, movie bots, and cw figs. To hell with aesthetics! If ya want a bot then just buy the bot! To Smeg with everything else! I cant wait for FT sixshot to come out so I can complete my phase sixers section of my shelf!

From USA to Italy it will cost me an arm and a leg (shipping and customs will be steep) but it was so hard to find that I will swallow the money shot.
It will be my first FT product, I hope it will be worth it
