Honestly the tm Cheetor is really show accurate. Rattrap's backpack needs to be able to turn a hundred eighty degrees for the bigger Wheels to be by his shoulders and detach is Shields like in the show. But both of their sculpts are really good besides the faces.

 

This is a nice surprise. Bought. I bought a tail less Cheetor at Botcon years ago that has always kind of bugged me

 

If they wanna make a show accurate gun and head for Inferno, I wouldn't say no.

Rather than why, how bout we clamour for knee joints for tidal wave? I would love to see armada tidal wave get proper knees!

The new gun for Rattrap is cool. The straightened tail whip for Cheetor seems a bit unnecessary since I think he only used it like once in the entire series.

But like other people have said, I would really be sold on these if they came with more screen accurate versions of their heads.

Even better would be whole new figures. Either MP-style(screen accurate and scaled to official MPs) or CHUG(not as screen accurate, bit more styled, bit more modern take).

 

The time we see Cheetor's room in Feral Scream part 2, he's got a weapon rack full of tail whips on his wall. There's that.

I'm glad accessories like these get made. I know we love in an age where people hate extraneous accessories and parts forming, but I will always champion more accessories for these toys.

Most of the recent headmaster types could use better guns that DON'T have cockpits in them, lol. I could use more generic deluxe scale figure pistols and rifles, I mean...why weapons for 20 year old figures?

 

You should take a look over Shapeways, plenty of great options for those. Blitzwing in particular has a really nice gun option that tempts me.

That said, I think this existing is still just as necessary.

Why upgrade sets for G1 toys? It's the same kinda thing, people just like the toys. Beast Wars makes up the majority of my collection, and I highly doubt many of those characters are getting new similarly styled toys anytime soon. Bring on the upgrade weapons!

 

I dunno man. The MP beast wars range is going pretty strong.

 

I should clarify; new toys that aren't over $80. Like I doubt I'm gonna put a T30 Waspinator-esque Insectron on my shelf anytime soon.
