    Get the Masterpiece for the generation of figs you will always love and then you only have to buy them once. I have MPs and 3rd parties for my G1 and then these Studio Series are perfectly acceptable for my small movie collection. They are good enough for me.

    I'll take your advice I have no movie toys mainly due to me not being familiar with the characters.

    I jus got him from Toy Dojo and love him. My favorite SS Voyager after starscream.

    Yes but that keeps him in scale with the other movie 1 studio series Autobots. Can't have him be way bigger than prime and ratchet!

    It's about robot mode scale. The way some transform and the size vehicle mode ends up can't be helped.

    I don't hate him and he's growing in me a bit, but so far he's one of my less favorite studio series figures. Ratchet (first movie ratchet I've even owned), stinger and Grimlock being the others I'm apathetic to disappointed with.

    Holy cow, this repaint makes the mold look close to Masterpiece. Plus he modded the bumper to look better in robot mode.
