*off topic* I'm not sure I would have thought of this, but seeing that picture of Loco in your signature - which I have seen in many other threads you have posted in - and seeing it in this thread, I thought it would be great if Newage (or someone) did Go Bot/Machine Robo figures in this size. That level of posability and this price point... swoon :p :D

    Yeah :(
I guess Magic Square will eventually cover Cliffjumper.

It’s not impossible that both Iron Factory and New Age will both ship Cliffjumpers in half a year. But, I think it’s more likely that New Age will do so.

Think I might wait for the Black repaint in both cases.

Loco/Steam Robo is slated for a release by Action Toys in their Machine Robo line. An unpainted prototype was shown at one point, tho releases have been very slow as of late. I must have it.

How do I acquire the clear Flipper? Most places are getting DX9’s clear version of Dutch, but I have yet to see Flip offered.

Yeah, I've seen the prototype of Loco (and I want to say Coptur... maybe I'm just creating that memeory). And where is Fitor?!

I would LOVE for them to pull a left-field and do more throttlebots ahead of 84/5 minibots!

If I could still unlike your comment I would. In fact not being able to emotically, I will do so verbally, ... I mean written...

Let me put it this way
Anyone consciously or unconsciously promoting, or even encouraging new age to produce anything else but BRAWN as their next product WILL be reported (and given) to the SPANISH INQUISITION!

Brawn would be sweet. Even if I'm already happy with the TR one.
But I cannot resist a good Spanish Inquisition!
NO ONE ESCAPES THE SPANISH INQUISITION!

Ha! I love minibots I’m general (although for some reason I’ve never been massively keen on brawn - always preferred Outback), so I’d still very much hope they did the diaclone mini’s too. it’s just that my love for the throttlebots (and the fact that they get much less exposure) edges the lead :)

I was going to pass on this toy since I already had the Mech Planet Bumblebee which is a perfectly decent little transforming robot. I only changed my mind after hearing Vangelus gush over the mold in multiple WTF@TFWs. Even then, I opted for the Goldbug deco instead - Goldbug was my Bumblebee when I was a kid, after all, and I've never bought any of the modern updates, first- or third-party.

I'm really impressed with this guy. The build quality is great and the transformation is incredibly clever. Despite being a hardcore Legends-scale fan, I hadn't really been interested in figures this small, but I think I could be persuaded to pick up some more Newage figures if this line continues.

    I did not expect that.

I still want a red version with toy face. I loved the red Bumblebee variants. No, that would NOT be an acceptable Cliffjumper though. Oh and while they are at it a Bumblejumper would be cool too!

Can we consider getting the name "Flipper" added to the thread? It was kind of hard to find.

Their releases thus far have hovered around 4”. There’s no real scale involved in Machine Robo as every vehicle is essentially the same size, but the Action Toys are definitely smaller than your average Hasbro/Takara deluxe.

Isn't this one of them, side by side with HasTak deluxes?

Their size is the only reason I haven't bought any of them.
