That still doesn't say anything but he wanted to mix the 2 astectics and that they took the film into a place 20 years before the first Bay film. That doesn't mean much IMO. All that means is "let's put this film in a time where I can play and make it my own and not have to touch Bays films at all". The fact of the matter still stands, things like Cybertron and the TFs Cybertronian looks we're already established. By Knight changing all that, it's already thrown out Bay's TFs Origins and history.

 

Travis Knight fanboy I don't think that Hasbro will continue with the bayverse considering that they ruined transformers.

Bud I'm not arguing with you, just stating how I'm seeing things is all. From everything I see, yes it's taking some things from Bays movies but this movie can truely be a Reboot and they have as much said it's yet again a "stand alone film" and if it does well it could lead into a full reboot. That's from the Producers.
