Never forget what this leads into. These tactics are too little too late. If they were really starting over and turning over a new leaf, Blitzwing wouldn't have spent months being mistaken for Starscream and Bumblebee wouldn't be loaded with weaponry and swords. You could take TF and do anything you want with it and it would likely be more accurate than what they have produced yet again.

This movie doesn't deserve a chance, they had 5 already. Too bad. 5% there is still not there.

 

Okay, so apparently this is legit. I get to eat crow about that. I just find it a touch odd that they not only slap G1 aesthetics on ONLY the Cybertron scenes, but that they also are a totally different style of CG than the rest of the effects we've seen so far. I'm baffled as to why they went half ass, then? They're trying to keep spamming the Bayverse Bee look while simultaneously trying to pander to the nostalgia crowd with the G1 looks? I just don't know WHAT to think at this point.

 

Some say this from a games can someone confirm it?

 

Nope, it just has a very similar aesthetic to War for Cybertron / Fall of Cybertron.
