Jazz would be an instant double-buy for me. Definitely in for a toy-accurate + version too. Most wanted MP alongside Starscream V3.

 

After Hound, I’d definitely take an official Jazz and feel pretty satisfied. A new MP Starscream would be great as well, but I just want to see one MP combiner and triplechanger just to see what they could do. Devs, Bruticus, Astrotrain, or Blitzwing please! I’d buy doubles 

 

They are keeping MP hound such a secret? If somehow news leaked, Takara will be saying, "who let the dogs out, who who who who!"

If the next mps are to be made in China, it's hard to fit the CNY timeline.

 

Big dog Megatron was made in Vietnam so I'd expect the same for OP-3.

Sunstreaker was made in Vietnam too so hopefully Hound will follow suit.

CNY is obviously bigger in China but does it not affect Vietnam too anyway? I know they celebrate it there, maybe it's not such a mass exodus of factory workers though.

 

It will impact Vietnam. The Vietnamese New Year, Tet is celebrated around the same time as Chinese New Year, and is the most important celebration in Vietnamese culture.

It also has a historical significance that Americans would prefer to not remember.

Haha am I wrong? I seem to remember being pre-emptively worried about Sunstreaker's chrome because he was made in the same factory as Hot Rod, Ironhide and Ratchet (this is before I knew the HA reissues of Ironhide had fixed the chrome problems).

 

I find that "offensive "

 

I find no alt mode pics of Hound after two months "offensive."

 

I really wonder how realistic the alt mode is going to look. I hope it represents the real vehicle well and its not too cartoony.

 

I'm having anxiety attacks of not having any alt mode pictures of Hound.

Is there any info that Hound will be released this year?

I really hope so because he would make a nice Christmas gift from myself to myself. It would also be nice if Prime V3 would be a January release (very unlikely) but one can hope. Prime v3, Starscream v3, Mirage and Reflector in 2019. Wow I'm getting ahead of myself. That would be really nice for us Geewunners.

 

I would say based on Sunstreaker, and others he will be pretty realistic. His jeep mode will be very clean and nice.

 

Hopefully this month's Figure King magazine can shed a little light on Hound's number and release date.
I still think Hound will be an early 2019 release, and V3 will be a mid to late 2019 release.

 

He's definitely not happening this year as the 6 month window has passed for that as well as MP43 being a Jan release.

 

You are most likely right, but he is further along then anyone expected. But there imo is maybe a chance. Him being released is more of of a pipe wet dream for me. With my luck Hound will be maybe Febuary and my love Prime V3 April :/

That's just too long for my old ass to wait. I want Prime V3 and Hound like now.

If something is in the magazine ready to go in a week, March is still an option. I would love for them to keep a release every month up. I'll laugh my @ss off , if it's some left field craziness and they reveal someone else.

With Shockwave and Megatron plus this year, I would not be surprised to see a decent sized Decepticon in 2019. With FT "redesigning" their Blitzwing , I wouldn't be surprised if he popped up this year.
