Man, if you ever get depressed about combiner scale just think about TF's issues with planetary scale...

 

Especially since Unicron was supposed to be so big, according to the storyboards, that one of the little nodules in his ring is the same size as the Earth. Yet, never in that whole movie was he drawn looking any bigger than Earth's moon at the most.

I'm kind of hoping XTB announces a Superion/Aerialbots set that's scaled like their Stunticons, so the individual robots will still be MP but a bit smaller than this set or Toyworld's.

These guys look so sleek in plane mode and not bulky in bot mode, wheretf is all the mass coming from for Superion! Maybe it's coming from the bonus mid air refueler!

That's not a bad idea. It would have been better if the extra mass comes from the Concorde, but oh well...

? But they do have experience making large heavy figures that can stand and made the impossible Arcee. They were able to balance that figure on heals so I think they can make anything. The modes look the part so if it's study, they will have a bestseller.

I dunno. I've been pretty happy with everything I've gotten from them. I bitched about Rogue and Apache's transformations, but I was premature. They get better in time. I'm not sure anything from Fanstoys has flopped before so this would be the first time.

 

It won't flop...

I'm sure they've looked over ToyWorld Constructor (they would be stupid if they didn't) and learnings from FT Omega, my bet is on another great release

 

Original animation character model sheets would basically kill all size arguments, right?

I mean anything can happen.
But this product is FT-30. Counting repaints, FT have released more than 35 individual products. (count 'em if you want, and don't forget to add Rouge: FansToys - WikiAlpha)
Given the fact that not a single previous one of their productss has been a flop, i think the odds are with them on this one.
Every previous product has sold well, and many sold out and that includes the repaints

But hey, maybe this one will be a flop. Shit happens {shrug}
