This gives me nightmares about working on the Xbox port of this game. I don't think there is another game I have such unabashed hatred for.

Rare: We want to make a sequel.
Nintendo: Lol no, thanks for keeping us alive during this dark period but bye.
    Rare: The fuck ?
Microsoft: Hi guys, your ass belong to us now.
Rare: The fuck ? Anyway, about a sequel to Conk...
Microsoft: NO ! Just do a remake of the first one. We have a hulk to make alcoholic.

Talking about nightmare... You've been Kilgraved.

Independent couriers frequently use RM for "Last set-certain-short-distance*(*Chris is useless and has forgotten the actual distance) delivery" basically the to-your-doorstep bit, there was a bit of a kerfuffle about it a while ago (pre-privatisation) because they were getting it free from their public sector competition. Is it an imported parcel though?
I ask because it tends to happen with my Nonnef orders that they catch customs and land in my local PO Depots customs locker, which logs as 'Delivered' in tracking, so if that is indeed the case a Grey Slip of Dooooom may be winging it's way to you for you to pay the Import Tax and fee before you claim your package.
If it's not an imported item call your local PO Depot anyway because AFAIK they have the capacity to look up items by their alternate non-RM Standard tracking numbers, as I found out the first time this happened to me and panickedly called them thinking it had been delivered to the wrong address. They tracked it for me with the USPS number and, sure enough, it was in their locker with a grey slip winging it's way to me.

My own postal conundrum continues, a week later Hyowge Dragon still languishes in Guangzhou buuuuuuuut I'm not sure if I should give TF-Direct a nudge because the last time tracking ground to a halt on something from them it actually turned up sooner than expected!
Bah! I just want my Leader Class Omega consarn it! It's extra annoying as I chose not to do the dick move of cancelling with TF Direct to nab Andy's sweet bargain price, nope, I'll be a good customer sez I, no good deed goes unpunished, eh? The higher path sucks! :p

As far as I know it was sent from the UK basically just 60 or miles away. UKMail picked it up on friday, Saturday it was at a depot and later that night it was flagged as going to RM and then on Monday it was out for delivery at 4:30 am and delivered at 9:30. Now because it went out so early I think they were just taking it to another depot I dont think anyone does deliveries before 6 or 7.

That 9:30 Delivered notice could mean that's when RM got it and that they are yet to deliver it. I'd say give your Local Depot a call to get confirmation, peace of mind, innit?

Right back at'cha you fully capable Hulk! Still reading your reviews, laughing at the text and loving all the photos. :D :)

HM. Y'know, 3P Legends are all very well, especially with a base-bot or two to put them on, but I've been thinking about it and in fact modern CHUG can be a very hard act to beat. Fun! Colour! Resiliance! Unnaturally small Dinobots because they've reformatted to persecute the Smurfs! Enjoyably pitched and fearless transformations! Whole range of characters like we never dreamed would actually happen! Far too much clear plastic cunningly disguised with paint! Smaller, lighter, bendier, more expensive and more fun than ever! Ace face-sculpts! Tons of interactivity and the gimmicks (-master, -biner, -basemodes & fanmodes & vehicles with little robot people to go on them in them under them, -bizarre cubic things that make Functionist heads, -matrixes ready to put faces in, which of course explains why Optimus wanted them, and we're even getting a white Prime in armour) are all great even when applied to characters they originally had nothing to do with!

So despite the bits we don't much like I think they zoom ahead on points.

    Elitajet.jpg

Airplane noises may have been made.
    Quietly, but nonetheless.

    Elita-Infin1te displeases Starscream.jpg

In which Starscream and that Angel called Satan are displeased with Elita-infin1te.

One hippy loner leg, one self-hating modern foot bigot, Optimus' better half who loves to talk in 13375p33K and when a torso even more so, one depressive homicidal arm maniac who's actually on the other side, and Kup's relentlessly cheerful green-handed* daughter.

    Best Combiner EVER.

(As nobody can deny! :D )

[*] If you're caught green-handed it means nobody surprises you except when you look innocent.

I see what you did there!
Yeah, I'm definitely developing a Gobots habit. At least they're cheap. for now. I envisage a point where I've got all the easy to get ones and then I'm on the hunt for those expensive, hard to get ones (whoever they may wind up being) and paying no more than £5 a figure is an option.
Oh well, not like I've not been here before.

So Lost Light. It's been really see so much of the negativity that's surrounded the book dissolve during the last few issues. I'll admit, I've rolled my eyes a wee bit when I've seen certain parties jump back on board and assert themselves as BIGGEST FAN EVER OF ALL TIME, but that's better than hearing them whine. No, criticism is fine. Whining sucks. And the difference is usually fairly easy to identify.

Having seen that Roberts originally planned for another 18 issues of Lost Light, I'm actually relieved that it's coming together quicker. I'm going to miss the comic like crazy, and I'll regret that not all the stories got picked up on (what's the craic with Pious Maximus), but seeing Rodimus, AND Megatron, achieve the growth promised in these last few issues has been wonderful. I just hope Magnus gets there too.

Go on, give Megatron a hug.

Learned some more new stuff at the farm yesterday including the basics on looking after the ponies so that was a cool experience. My extra days are going to be sorted once the farm manager is back off holiday so things are still going well.

Got home to a light mauling from Rebecca ferret and a package containing Mech Planet Bumbletrain which I haven't looked at properly yet but the robot mode is fantastic.

I am definitely in the minority when it comes to JJ. It took me around 6-9 months to drag myself through it. I found S2 more entertaining but still had some minor niggles.
Tennant was the standout star of the show though.

In which Starscream goes to the doctor to get a little pick-me-up to help him defeat that infuriating Elita-Infin1te, who simply cannot be tolerated any longer.

Such selfish, thoughtless behaviour! She keeps doing everything better than he does where other people can see her.

From that panel onwards, this has been my LL Megs. The cannon is the obvious reference point, but even him just having a red Decepticon insignia really adds something.

Out of curiosity, how does PotP Grimlock look next to the Fansproject Dinos. My Classics style dinos are currently FP Sludge, Slag and Swoop, with PX Snarl (I much prefer him to FP Snarl) and the Hasbro FoC Grimmy. FoC Grimmy is OK, but yeah. I currently don't plan on getting the rest of the PotP dinos, since I'm happy with everyone else save Grimlock.
