The weapons on display at TFCon a week ago were not chrome, though we don't know what the retail version will have.

You know they've done something right when a character you had zero interest in starts circling your wallet ... o_O

I'm with you on this one. Didn't know who or what Sixshot was. But he is Fanstoys and he does look awesome! I have him ordered.

I've been a Sixshot fanboy for 30+ years (man, when did I get so old???)
I remember one of the first things I did when I got my first Headmaster-era Transformer back in '88 (Weirdwolf, FTR) was to check out the collectors chart he came with, and all the new stuff I hadn't seen before.
On the Autobot side, the first thing you come to is Fortress Maximus - dominating the page, and suddenly making my old G1 Metroplex look... inadequate   - while on the Decepticon side, the first thing you see is Sixshot... and he too, dominated the page!
In the months (and years) that followed, I studied him and marvelled at him, working out his transformation, and dreaming of the day I might own him (bearing in mind that I was a pre-teen and eBay was a few years away).
When I did hit my teens (and started earning some decent money) I discovered the joys of eBay, but also received the gift of my cousin's massive Lego collection.
After a number of attempts, I finally managed to construct a fully-transformable Sixshot out of Lego! Obviously, it was then only a matter of time before I bought the genuine article (turns out I got the dimensions and transformation almost spot-on!)
Even as the years passed and the collection continued to grow, Sixshot remained my all-time fav transformer.
I remember being in ecstasy the first time I watched Sixshot's cameo in Rebirth (must've watched that scene a thousand times since)!
Then one day MMC brought out Hexatron. I was in Sixshot fanboy heaven!!! (In hindsight, part of me wishes I'd known the Continuum version was going to come out, but after buying the Stag Cleavers, Dazzling Glory Set, and Reprolabels for him, I haven't been able to bring myself to do the swap).
I got the Titans Return Sixshot - and I'm glad I did because he's a great CHUG Sixshot (especially with the Dr Wu upgrade kit and some of the Toyhax labels).
Hanzo and Fuuma have been... interesting... but just haven't scratched the Masterpiece Sixshot itch for me - and have too many things about them that I'm not as keen on.
But Hydra looks like being the damn-near perfect representation of the character, in this Sixshot fanboy's opinion!
Bring. It. On. Heil Hydra!!! :buttrock

Since that Dracula has been now released, Hydra is next on the list and hopefully that it becomes a Christmas present for some. :D

I hope he comes sooner than that. Shouldn’t take that long to release these figures. I am waiting on Quietus,Hydra and Hoodlum to hopefully come out before the new year. As it’s been said this has been a slow release year compared to last year. Maybe they are loading up the second half to just barrage us with releases :D

Yes. This has been an extremely disappointingly slow year for new FT releases unfortunately. They seem to be moving at Takara MP release pace.
A little more than half of 2018 has already passed and this week's (and next week's) arrival of FT-23 Dracula marks only the 2nd new release from FT this year. The first release being Rouge.

It's safe to say at this point that we'll only have at most 3 more new releases from FT. Perhaps next year they'll repeat last year's pace?

I'd expect the rest of the year is:

    Dibot reissue
    Hydra
    Quietus
    Hoodlum

Wish they stuck with the matte green like in the prototype pics in the 1st page instead of the shiny green...

Cyclonus will make it before Sixshot, so

    September - October : Quietus

    October - November : Hydra

December - February : FT Hot Rod

And not sure what reissue or repaint may find its way in between or not.

I don't have Quietus on preorder, only the other two, because I am hoping / praying for the purple repaint. If it doesn't happen, then i guess I will be screwed, especially if they don't make a re-release...

Huh, only just noticed they made his rifles metalic rather than chrome. Nice. Was hoping someone would finally do that with six's weapons one day. Damn I wish I had the money for this dood.
