I personally felt like Hot Fire looked more complicated than was necessary too.

 

I dont think v2 has a seperate thread though it is the same with the tfevo we know

Theres somebody (several people) in my country bought tfevo in our local hobby shop ( they restocked the tfevo again) and they told the new stock was a v2, i ask someone there if the issues were resolved, they said most of the looseness of the hands and the head ball joint seems fixed, and they said the transformation is smooth

 

I contacted TFEVO in regards to this supposed "version 2" of Hot Fire. I'll let you guys know if I hear back

I forget is there a projected release window for this guy or nah? I feel like it's been a couple months since the last update. I was checking my tracking on showz for UT Challenger and remembered that I have him on preorder. I had totally forgotten about him til then haha!

 

Saw a new post and thought there was some news on this. Darn you, hahahahaha.

This is my first 3P figure and being patient since you all said this is normal. I did notice that the pre-order estimated date slipped to end of September.

 

I actually forgot about this until it was bumped lol I usually don't expect any updates unless Cheem posts something. Looks like ShowZ has it for 3rd quarter, but that ends this month, so I'm not confident it will be released this year.

 

Kinda interesting that I catch wind of a Hot Fire V2 in a thread for its competition.

 

Really doubt that is an actual thing

Yeah I kind of regret preordering this. I just don’t have interest anymore. I never loved that version of the character anyway but the figure looked awesome. Also my hatred of the movie has only grown so now my collecting priorities have shifted. Unless something goes horrible wrong then I’ll probably have him and admire him for a bit then sell.

 

I'd be more interested if DX9 hadn't gotten so lax with their QC lately...

 

It looks nice, I’m definitely interested. Seeing as it’s a collab with unique toys I’m assuming it will be relatively in scale with Peru kill, and challenger?

 

If that turns out to be the case, I'm out. I want it to scale with the MPMs.
