Yep, just pre-ordered too! Sadly there's shipping, so getting these two with Enmitus ended up around $194

Sundor and Glit redeco, plus SG Ravage remold (smiling mouth instead of growl and smartphone attachment for paws), LOL

I think PSX provides free shipping only for regular preorders, but not for con exclusives.

Looks like, since the shipping was an extra $24 (rounded up).

Ended up not getting this, cause I really hated how the bird looks, that shinny blue just wasn't for me. Catcall on the other hand looked good, but no way of buying on its own.

Ended up getting the regular birds, and really love those.

Initially I decided to buy them, after I saw these 2 at TFCon, I changed my mind --- the whole blue without much painting and details just doesn't work very well on both of them, they just remind me 2 blue socks.

They aren't for everyone, I dont particularly think the bird mold is appropriate for laserbeak and buzzsaw but since Garboil doesnt have an animation model he can be any size. That and I'm a sucker for the pre-transformer stuff, mine is going to be hanging out with my diabattles waiting for RM-1 to show up

One thought is to buy it and sell Uproar. As Everything Man said with no pre-existing correct toon size there are people who might pick it up to experience the mold without getting an "oversized" Laserbeak or Buzzsaw.

Many fans that passed by just didn't seem interested and ask a few members there and couldn't find one who would like just the bird.

Also many members told me they skipped the birds, only got ravage and two bots, because the birds are too damn big.

Reading through the post TFcon comments, it seems as though they didn’t sell out. Anyone know if they did/didn’t?
Was watching the eBay prices on these for a little bit and after seeing A3U had the preorders seemingly(?) at cost to TFCon prices, I went ahead and got them & the other OcMax cassette that matches the takara soundaster reissue. Would’ve gotten the maestro exclusive too, but they didn’t have it (I guess I’ll check TFP), so I just threw a few other items in the cart to get the free shipping and viola.

Can’t remember if I got something from them during one of the last two BFs or if this was my first purchase. Would’ve been nice if coupon codes were available, but I suppose paying $120 CAD beats the over $120 USD+ shipping I’ve seen on eBay. It would be a drastic improvement if their site allowed to filter and sort to in-stock items only and/or pre-order items. Faaaarrr too many ‘out of stock’ items hogging up thumbnail slots that requires clicking through pages upon pages. Perhaps their full site can do it(?), but I was on the go and using my iPhone.

Anyways, I’m guessing that since they were the host/sponsor for this figure that they’ll get them first (that is, if they already sold out their supply at TFcon Toronto)? I’m speculating mid-August would seem reasonable to get more? Has anyone heard anything with regard to timing?

I'm in the same boat. Only wanted catcall, Uproar just looks turdible. But even looking at the Catcall pictures here it doesn't looks as good as prior test shots. This was an easy pass, that Movie Drift though I'm still having a hard time on whether to buy or not.

All the exclusives this year were exceptionally good. Both Severo and Maestro sold out, TCP stated that they have no idea if they are getting more, and maketoys hasnt said anything other than asking what we want next from the back images from its packaging. Fp said they have another batch of Severo ready for Chicago.

Yeah got this mainly for Catcall. Uproar is still too big for me, despite not having any comic or cartoon presence, but I guess he'll do. Worse comes to worse I place him on one of my alternate shelves which is more of a mish-mash of figures.
