The missiles alone didn't do much for me, but masterpiece Skywarps weapons look good!!

Silverbolt does look really good, much better really than anything else Zeta's released or shown thus far. It makes me scratch my head a bit about how lousy their Combaticons looked in bot mode, and how meh the first two Aerialbots are. Clearly they were capable of doing better. The next two limbs somehow look a bit better suited to the characters despite just being retools. But Silverbolt here looks unambiguously good. Seeing the first renders of him helped slide me into the "buy"column on this set, and now seeing this new shot I have a much better feeling about the whole thing. Very excited to see this set completed.

 

DAMN I cannot wait!!! excellent design! And the toon face sculpts are top notch from Zeta they stepped it up.

Yeah there is diecast in the feet, and knees I cant wait for this.

 

nice... but, how bout we get some gole or gold chrome instead of mustard yellow?

 

Oh crap, just went through Visual Works...they're gonna give Superion yellow thighs aren't they?

I just looked up pics of g1 toon Superion and so he always had yellow thighs. I actually always thought it was just the Ox design that had this. Oh well, never mind. I don't know why I am even disliking it in the first place.

Gold chrome will look tacky as fuck on the scale this Superion is at.

 

Lol! Yeah, when I customized my Combiner Wars Superion, and painted the Shapeways thighs yellow, people laughed at me and asked why I did that. “What’s up with the yellow?lol”........

 

Because most ppl don't know their arses from their elbows. True story.
