I placed an order for what turned out to be the last of RoboToyBase’s DX9 Ragers, and Tony told me it wasn’t in good enough condition to sell.

So, now I’d really like to know how Grimlock is coming along MFT... =3

And, in a funny trick of fate—since Tony was also out of Shadow Tengu, it looks like my first MechFansToys and FansToys figures will be Sixshot!  

Now, whether to get that boxed or unboxed, though, is the question. I’m leaning towards the latter. Even though I am moving next year, I’m not sure the the box is all that more protective than just getting more bubble wrap and reusing some other box.

 

Anyone know if this works with IF stands? I’ve got snarl on the way, though he’s taking a while.

 

Maybe, but that TF stand sure looks like it was based on Bandai’s “Hobby Action Base 2 Display Stand” kits.

 

I just checked MFT's Weibo page. They already have a colored prototype for Pipes!

 

They need to get on some Optimus Prime.

See, Hasbro, this is how you do Pipes, don't get Optimus Prime, make him Blue and put Huffer's head on him.
That Mech suit is looking pretty sharp too

Not sure I have a huge need for a tiny Pipes and Huffer - but I guess I can find some use for them - and if not then I can always find a use for the Mech-suits.

 

Now If they could just knock out a Gears based on TR Brawn with a remoulded head & chest!
