Hasbro Mpm 3 for what i have seen is just yellow and black, just straight black

Lt01 have paint apps like takara plus some they have added

 

But it’s based on TunaKann’s chart, when they’re side by side, Soundwave looks a head taller than Bee

 

I hate the movies and their toys, but even I want this. It looks really nice.

I want Lazerbeak because he can suicide my human figures for me.

 

You know, I think it is also cuz they have the mpm bumblebee doing the splits that is why he looks much taller then BB. If they straighten his legs he would be just as tall as Soundwave here. Still dig it and really want him too.

 

But they are never side by side in a shot without some sort of angle.

 

I tested this out myself and he gains like a millimeter in height.

whatever, for me, the size is perfect.

 

Also owned and sold off both PK and firage. Firage was clearly meant to fill that gap in your deluxe movie figure collection. PK was awesome but I’m gonna try and avoid anything post DOTM. Plus he was just a tad too big if your a scale junkie and the windshield really bugged me.

Fingers crossed this will be a solid attempt. Smart on 3rd party to go after some characters we may not see official versions of for a few years.

 

Too bad they couldn't have made a Frenzy as an add-on to go with MPM Barricade.

This is their first Bayformer, is it not? Hell, I've never seen this company before at all. So hopefully this release goes very smooth and we get a bunch more Bayformer from them. Then they can make a frenzy with someone else. Maybe a little add on pack that consists of both Frenzy and Ravage. Although the Legends Ravage is pretty good from what I remember.

 

While true, it's a pricey sumanabitch now, so honestly a 3rd party version would probably end up cheaper in the long run.

 

I can deal with a toy that's out of scale in one mode, but not both. The alt mode for this figure is too big, which males him too big in robot mode. Since we don't have any good comparisons in bot mode with Bumblebee, we really don't know if he's bigger in the movie, but I suspect he should be around the same size.

I'm going to get this regardless because it's brilliant.

 

Yeah I was just thinking that after I posted. I already have one so I guess I never though about how much it costs now, but honestly I'd probably replace it if there was a good 3P alternative.

 

A KO of the Legends ROTF Wheelie is greatly needed as well, because that's another pricey figure to acquire nowadays....

 

Based on the size of the alt mode parts compared to Bumblebee matches my HA almost exactly. I believe it is HA size. Also, i Am SmArT

 

The HA alt modes are actually quite a bit larger than the MPMs. It's not a huge difference, but it's noticeable. If they keep the carbot alt mode consistent, as long as the engineering is good, all the robots should be within half a head of each other. Exceptions for the Twins, Lockdown, and maybe Jazz depending on what source you use for his height.

 

For me, this guy and MPM Bee look perfect together in bot mode, so I couldn't care less about a little size differences in their alt modes...


If I can swing it when this is released, and if he has good reviews, I'll be picking this guy up with a big ass   on my face.

 

I need to say, that Soundwave has the most beautiful look among all Decepticons! I always thought so. He is also ultimate Megatron's supporter (Frenzy revived Megatron in TF1, Ravage stole the Allspark shard in ROTF) and he and Lazerbeak are unbeaten human manipulators. Never couldn't understand people, who adore Barricade and think, that he is Bumblebee rival. (Bumblebee could kill him 3 times, but didn't!) Soundwave is much more strong character and has really cool look.

 

I'm just over here trying to control my hype levels. My nutz are still tender from the blow TFEvo delivered.

 

I really can't understand people complaining about the absence of car parts. There is no any principal difference between TFs having lots of them and little. They CAN split, move and transform everything on their body. Why to restrict themselves? After many years on the Earth they started to care about their look, similar to humans. And I really enjoy their look in AOE... Yeah, it is a bit less functional, but more interesting and distinctive. Looks like in the first Movies their clothes were simple and convinient, but in AOE it is more tailored and styled... I like both variants! Also, Firage is so cute, I adore him so much!
