their releases since the combaticons have been decidedly looser. That's not to say joints are loose, but there are some ive contemplated using floor polish on. Haven't noticed any stress marks either.

 

Tarn looks very crisp but I need to see the altmode in color first.

They seem to be on track for the end of the year or early '19. I am not sure I would ever combine them, but the individual bots are looking sharp.

 

I’m gonna be in on all of these too, I won’t be combining them, they look fantastic.

 

Might be willing to buy a new / different Vos since the other one sucks so bad.

 

I’m down for Tarn, and maybe Vos, and certainly Nickel and the Pet, since I don’t believe Iron Factory named them after the Seven Stars of the Big Dipper to troll us... or did you, IF?

Still, I might get the rest of the crew if combined mode looks really good, but I don’t have as strong an attachment to them.

Nor can I put the rest of them in War Giant’s hands, except Vos who very clearly has the palm pegs on his gun grip and it sure seems like Alkaid has a slot just below the stigmata screw in his palm.

 

This is Iron Factory. I can't imagine them going through the trouble to design this pinnacle of legends engineering only to have the colors look dumb in combined mode. I have faith it will be a visual masterpiece.

 

I only follow the IDW comics from a distance, so while these guys look great I've not been super hot to pay out for them. But now seeing them again, I may be in on Tarn. Until IF decides to make a Megatron, he'd be a great anchor "leader" type for my Decepticon display. With 4 new Autobots announced, I need to make sure my villains aren't outgunned.

I’m unbelievably confused that the IF Tesarus manages to have better body proportions than MMC’s which is like 5 times bigger...

I was already down for these guys anyway.

 

Probably because MMC has the bad habit of trying to retool everything, and doesn't try for exact replications of the source material like they should be doing. MMC Vos and Kaon definitely came out much better than Tarn because they didn't seem to be made with retooling in mind. Tarn got majorly downgraded because they just *had* to have their retool.

Whereas IF is just trying to copy the IDW designs 1 to 1 on a small scale.

 

I love going back to page 1 of this thread and reliving how October 28, 2017 was one of the best days in Legends Scale collecting I've ever experienced.

We saw DJD team, Nova Prime, Jetfire, and more all at once... and it still took like 14 posts for the realization to sink in that DJD team was a combiner.

And with all the great summer reveals.. Red Alert, Ruination, Amethyst, Hound, Wheeljack, Mirage, and Cliffjumper.... it makes one wonder how in the hell are they going to top all that in the fall?

Megatron? Computron/Superion? Star Saber? Sonic Bomber and Roadfire to combine with Dai Atlas?

I'm going to drive myself crazy thinking about it for the next 3-4 months.

 

Megatron has to be coming up at some point. Iron Factory has pretty covered the rest of the Decepticon high command (though if they revisited Soundwave I wouldn't complain).
An Autobot combiner seems overdue and IDW offers some non-G1 combinations.
A Wrecker or two seems overdue too.

 

I’m in for a white repaint of Vos, as well, so Bruticus or the DJDZord can have a lil homage to Ebony and Ivory from Devil May Cry, if you’re listening Iron Factory...  

To wit, I think Megatronia, Volcanicus, Predaking, SkyLynx (as two deluxes), Rung, Velocity and Nautica would be nice for IF’s next big announcement, @IronMagnus. Though, I expect Superion, Defensor, or Computron are also due, even if I might not be as interested in them.

Oh, and a Nemesis Prime, perhaps of Nova or PMOP.

Finally, a Megatron also seems likely, but it’s even more up in the air as to which incarnation they’ll go with. Gun? Stealth Bomber (& G2 Dreadwing repaint)? (Autobot) Hovertank? Triple Changing Battlestars’ Super Megatron? Well, probably not that last one... 

 

I’ll be waiting for a flash sale then use netclow or baba, they seem to have the lowest prices.
