Anyone who has them, may be able to get a picture of the studio series autobots but with the Battle Blades Voyager prime? I may have to rethink my autobots setup haha. Been using BB Prime, SS Bumblebee, and deluxe ratchet and Ironhide... I know SS Ironhide is still out of scale with optimus, but maybe the added height of the battle blades may make it better?

Actually SS Optimus (and Ratchet to) is/are out of scale with Bee, Jazz and Ironhide (and Ss Stinger of course)

Battleblades Optimus fits better with them, but he is not in scale eighter,

he is 1:43 scale while bee,Jazz and Stinger are 1:39 scale..
Fun fact is that DOTM Ironhide and HFTD Ratchet (the horrible kibbly one) both are 1:39 scale to.. so the hope is that some Ko company is willing to scale up SS prime and Ratchet..

    Ill buy it.

-= Edit now with pictures! =-

Here is BB prime with SS Jazz and Bumblebee (and Ratchet witch is way to small in vehicle mode so he remains a robot)
I also included my WIP DOTM Voyager ironhide since he does scale perfectly with Jazz and Bumblebee.

Please don't mind Ironhide's gaps, he has just been clearcoated and I don't want to put to much stress on a fresh paintcoat, he fits together quite well actually

So it turns out you can rotate Brawl's turret fully if you turn him into a Gerwalk.

    This only deepens my depression.

Never really cared about the character, but I always liked this older Voyager version.

How is SS Ironhide out of scale when he was designed to be in scale?

Does anyone have any vehicle mode comparisons of Studio Series Ironhide?

I never sais SS Ironhide was out of scale, I don't have him yet..(definatly will get him I think)
What I said is that Optimus and Ratchet from the Studio Series are out of scale, they are to small compared with Bumblebee and Jazz.
they might scale ok in robot mode but in the vehicle department they are way to small!
(somewhere around 1:50 in scale while Bee, Jazz and Stinger are 1:39)
That is what I showed with my pictures somewhere in this tread before.

Think the main issue is that robot mode scale was prioritized over vehicle mode scale (not really an issue, I think that was the right call to make). So Ratchet's Hummer is pretty shrimpy next to sports cars, and Ironhide's Topkick, while in reality a pretty huge truck, shouldn't appear to be bigger in vehicle mode than Optimus' semi-truck.

Optimus is still a bit too small in robot mode (Ironhide shouldn't be coming up to his shoulder) but in general the scale works.

Most of the scale sure does, I am just nitpicky and want them in scale in both modes, And except for a good Optimus, I believe I have them all matching up nicely.
Still looking for a good Hound and then I hope they make more Deluxe size Bots like the Twins, Sideswipe,Jolt,Wheeljack/que, Dino,Crosshairs,Drift (the Bugatti of course) Soundwave,Barricade and especially Hooligan and so on.. (LOVED that they used a VW van as altmode for the guy!)

Both the deluxe and SS Ironhide look good in that pic. I'll just buy some flat black paint and wait for the MPM though.

Picked up my Studio Series wave two figures from the post office earlier this week and I've been fiddling with them ever since! It's a really good wave all round, with some nice surprises. I've actually found myself liking some of the figures more than I expected to, which is always a bonus!

More thoughts on the individual figures to come over the next few days!

So, I got an AD-12 Revenge Optimus from eBay (which I'm fairly certain is a KO, despite the listing not saying it) and I like the way he looks next to SS Megatron much better than the SS Optimus.

There's some a couple posts above yours.
