Soooo much better with painted eyes, left the outer edge clear so the led will light up around them, sadly I don't have a battery for it right now

I know this is an odd question, but do you know the name of the gray color on your walls? I'm trying to match that shade but no one can tell me (or wants to) what shade it is or where they got it from. I've got a bunch of swatches from Home Depot and none of them seem to match what I am looking for.

This looks really great and I wanted to do it myself. Problem is, I'm having trouble getting the eyes out of the head to paint them. Any tips?

 

As far as I remember I took a thin flathead screwdriver and worked it between the clear plastic for eyes and the black pin holding them in, then I slowly worked the pin out by prying lightly and moving the screwdriver around the pins edge to try to keep the pin coming out straight. Hope that makes sense, from what i remember the pin as not tight at all on my copy.

Ow! God, you've got his upper knees backwards and it's making his legs look broken! FIXITFIXITFIXIT!!!

 

Chill man, I honestly thought that how it went. Any issues will be fix when I transform it back into beast mode tomorrow.

 

Very nice pics, but it does not look like you extended his legs at the knees in his robot form. I'm not trying to be a jerk, just trying to help.

Edit: I guess you did them correctly after all...

I've always liked that Primal plateless face skulpt. Really nicely designed. The bot mode of this thing either has too long arms or too short legs. I feel it's made with MP-10 proportions in mind which is unfortunate to me.
