Anyone following the CM Punk / WWE Doctor (Amann) defamation trial? It's the kind of weird hilarious trial youd expect from a wrestler.

At one point, Kane testified to confirm that his elimination of Punk from the Royal Rumble was, in fact, an illegal elimination.

On a related note, the lawyers argued about showing the clip of Kane chokeslamming Punk, who he was removing from the match because he had a noticeable concussion (I imagine that paints the WWE and doctor in a bad light that they approved the slamming of a concussed performer).

The Judge: I dont know who Kane is.
Lawyer: He's the big guy with no shirt.

Amann apparently violated HIPPA laws by telling Ziggler, Jericho, and Ryder about Punks health in a group text......a group chat called the "NXT Wannabe Club." Amann also testified to giving out antibiotics without prescriptions and without recording the transactions. I'm curious as to who shared their phone with the court for this

Punk had to confirm under oath that CM stands for Chick Magnet (from his indie days).

RAW's tag team is now a joke overall.
Breezango have a fanbase. Make them legit contenders.

So has anyone else found themselves dozing off during RAW lately,cause i sure have been. For whatever reason the show has been just bland and boring..... Oh wait I know why, Bad story telling and lame characters. And for the love of all things holy can they just kill the Lashley/Zayne feud.....kill it with fire. Lots of fire. And maybe bombs. Just kill it!!!!!!!

 

I came here to post this exact same thing. RAW is just BRUTAL right now. Lashley/Zayn is a train wreck. The tag division is a joke, with AOP MIA and the rest of the challengers for the titles are jobber teams. They bring in McIntyre, and he and Dolph are the first ones eliminated against all the jobber teams. Reigns should be a heel. Roode needs a heel turn badly, and deserves better than jobbing to Strowman. Nia Jax was working just fine as a face, and now they're giving her heel mannerisms again for her feud with Rousey. The whole Bayley/Banks thing is a mess because they apparently can't commit one way or the other. Bottom line is, there's very little working at the moment. The only reason to tune in is to watch Rollins.

 

I have been fast forwarding through RAW for weeks. Last week I just deleted it from my watch list. Doubt I watch this week, either.

ROH is getting a little better overall, but there's a few things that just get on my nerves. NJPW replays are keeping me entertained currently, as AXS has been playing the rise of Naito and LIJ as well as the return of Suzuki-gun which may not be my favorite faction but has two of my all time favorite wrestlers in Suzuki Minoru and Zack Sabre Jr.

 

I've recently gotten into MLW's Fusion...better than RAW for my taste...ACH vs Austin Aries, Ray Fenix vs. Pentagon Jr., the 400-lbs + "Caramel Colossus" Barrington Hughes squashing jobbers, Col. Rob Parkers latest incarnation of the Stud Stable...with Jack Swagger and the Dirty Blondes, Low-Ki, MVP, Sami Calihan with Sawyer Fulton and Leon White (I think is his name), Team Filthy: Tom Lawlor & Simon Gotch and Heavyweight Champion Shane "Swerve" Strickland (LUs Killshot)...has been some decent action thus far...

 

ALL OF THIS!!! Thank God for DVR's so I can speed through most of this crap.

I want to see McIntyre against Strowman if they're not going to make him a title contender against Brock... and where the hell is Brock? Still on the Vegas strip?

I don't get the Nia Jax heel turn. They endear her to fans, she wins the belt and then they have her act like an ass... and Rowsey doesn't need to be anywhere near a title right now... and yeah, Bayley/Banks is a trainwreck. Friends, foes, friends, foes... Make up your damn minds!! I half expect to see them just drop everything and start making out like it's a CW show.

 

Yes the showings of NJPW on Axxs has been a breath of fresh air, considering all the awful things WWE is putting on TV right now. It still blows my mind to think that they had the chance for a world class feud between Styles and Nakamura and they turned it into a nut punching competition. How do you screw things up that bad??? They are busting at the seams with all this talent and it becomes more and more evident every week they have no clue what to do with any of it. Legal issues aside, they had a gold mine with Matt Hardy and the "Broken" gimmick. And its nothing now, they had a chance to retell that story and failed miserably. Now its just an afterthought. Such a Shame.

It turns out the reason Banks & Bayley's relationship has been so up-and-down is because...they're IN a relationship! They've been struggling with life on the road, trying to keep it a secret...
Fits in perfectly with the whole "inclusive" vibe the company has been embracing lately, and with Nipple-H's publicity-garnering "philanthropy".
It's the new Billy & Chuck...Bayley & Boss! I can hear the entrance music now, a girl-group remix of "You Look So Good To Me"...
(Oh wait, Jim Johnston isn't around anymore. I guess it'll be some CFO$ generic shit).

Of course, I'm just joking about this. But it sure would make the show a hell of a lot more intriguing.
